During the recent dip, ETH price even a little come up, all altcoins and BTC holders lose funds but ETH holders still have profit. So i think that ETH will reach BTC price this year. Ethereum reached 240$ today. It's still okay, good time to buy. But it will be hard to brake 300$ and then 400$. I hope ETH will keep it's top 2 position.

the case is way round now for Ethereum, with the way Ethereum is dumping I'm kinda scared if it will retain it's 2nd position spot, there are whole lot of smart contracts tokens out there right now 
Ethereum has very good technology, this is the best crypto currency after Bitcoin. It has a good capitalization on the crypto market for today 
I think that this is one of the best coins for long-term investments. I think in 2019 it will rise in price several times. Because now it is worth investing it.
Judging from the development of the crypto market today, bitcoin and ETH are both unable to produce good prices that can give you satisfaction. ETH does have a very good potential in developing its blockchain, but its position as king of altcoin can be replaced at any time. Whereas BTC will always be a coin that can be relied upon in generating profits because it will continue to survive its popularity.
I do believe that the eth coin is going to end up doing well but right now that is not the picture that is being painted for us. If a coin can be manipulated so easily and so much then it is not something that a lot of people can put their trust in. that aside, I still trust that ethereum will end up doing very well, despite all of the things that are happening now, the bull will be epic.
Ether is the best coin to invest now there is lots of successful ICO already implemented on ethereum blockchain its already running well...I dont think ETH will reach bitcoin price, in my opinion bitcoin is just too mainstream to get dethroned for the most expensive cryptocurrency category

On my opinion ETH had a potential to reach the value of bitcoin but not this time maybe in upcoming future, ETH are known coin having a higher value among all altcoin and this is the way to make it into the top. 
Well and to some extent, you made sense to me because so many Projects truly based their ICO coins on Ethereum Blockchain. But ETH price meeting up or level up with Bitcoin Price this year is what I actually disagreed with because Bitcoin to me shall forever remain the mother coin.
I at a cryptocurrency portfolio have ETH. But nevertheless the bitcoin prevails. I do not think that I xaйп around this coin am acquitted.
