once a stable GPU miner is official, will definitely will be mining ZEC... ZEC is the only coin that can be mined by GPU and CPU, that has a coin value of more than BTC.... = excellent candidate for mining.
The value will go down. Once enough coins hit the market
does not matter if value drops. it needs to be better then eth which is better then btc.
if it can do that for three to four months it could help eth as people drift from eth.
Ideally it needs to earn say 1.26 btc a month using 2400 watts
My Eth gear now earns .63 btc a month using 2400 watts.
my winter cost is 9,7 cents a kwatt so my power cost is 167 usd a month
.63 btc is 441 - 167 = 274 profit. right now for eth coin
if I earn 882 -167 = 715 profit with zec coin I would be happy.
both are better then what 2400 watts does for me with a pair of s9's on an under clock .
In other words if ETH coin is a single with the bases loaded I want zec to be a double with the bases loaded.
The real danger is if it goes wacko.
