for me i think it's safe.. but not that secure.. many of us are using myetherwallet .. it is the best wallet that i had.. and it is easy to use..
MEW is one of the safest wallet for me, as a mobile user MEW is user friendly and i did not encounter any problem using it. Been using it for almost a year.

hello, actually whose name is myetherwallet.com wallet is actually safe sometimes easy to know other people when privat key in secret there is a know, so can be in one use. it could be because of carelessness in storing it. now there is a web address that mimics almost exactly but there is actually a different letter or dot what is.

Well I can say you that Myetherwallet developers were in a way cheaters. As noone has access to your funds, and it cannot be hacked as the information isn't stored at one place. You and only you is responsible for secure. Isn't this cheating?) Like why shall we care for secure, let us give access only to creator, so he is the only one who will be caring for secure.
in my opinion .etherwallet is very safe and very nice, and they give privat key and key utc that other people do not know, besides you own if you experience in hack that you ever enter in dangerous site very easy your wallet in hack

Yes, there are many people using the MEW from many days but i don't know whether MEW is in online from 4 years. When it comes to security you have to use MEW for Ethereum based coin in MEW and it will be very safe until if you don't share your private key to them.
i think https://mycrypto.com/ would be better than myetherwalelt, it's safe if you use Mycrypto Desktop.
I've been using myetherwallet since 2016. I don't encounter problem with them like hacking of funds. I can attest that ,it is safe.

Nothing is completely secured here,it all depends on how we are haveing the private keys safe and don't get into any phishing links.Most of the people will reveal their private keys to the scammers by airdrops and bounties so they need to understand that no one needs our private keys other than us,if they have it they can access like you. 
We do not have a choice other than myetherwallet even if it is not safe. For me, bad is good. Of course, it's also important how you open your wallet there.

yes of course myetherwallet is very safe to use store ethereum and some tokens are created from smart contract ethereum, a few months ago there was bad news stating myetherwallet wallet stolen in my opinion it was due to negligence from the owner of the wallet because it can not keep the private key they have with secure.
In my opinion, it is a safe place to store those ERC20 tokens and MetaMask will secure your wallet too. It would be best if you combine it with a hardware wallet just like Ledger .
