There have been some talks about wrong orders on SWISSCEX.
We are currently investigating the problem and trying to find a solution. It does not look like the orders are wrong, more that just the displayed information (in some cases) is not correct.
Please take the information under
Transactions > Overview > Trades as your reference. If there really is a wrong amount/price in the list, please open a ticket here:
https://www.swisscex.com/supportPlease provide us as much information as possible (amount, price, time, market, order type, ...) to speed up the process.
There has never been a customer losing money from a trade on SWISSCEX, and we don't want to change this.
We thank you for your patience and update you as soon as we have more information. We like Guldencoin very much and hope to keep the trust of its community.
