I bought fuel last night at a gas station for 220 per litre. And had to pay 200 naira for my fuel gallon. The queue at the station was much I was lucky to leave in an hour. Most of the customers came with 50 litres gallon to buy fuel that goes to show the panic and fear Nigerians have that the price will not be  going down soon. Anything that goes up in this country never comes back down
When fuel dey 87naira per litre. All man castigate am, even protest for the matter. Na wey be sae dey price do dey 220naira and above, we don dey buy am without complains. No be juju be that??!.
We don accept am wholeheartedly. This country don tire me I swear

For this side na normal something na, two times I dun buy fuel (last week and yesterday) since this whole situation begin worst, I drive round the whole Port Harcourt to find fuel. Last time na #240 and yesterday na #220. Wetin vest me pass na say, we gaz beg self before we buy am like dem close gate we come dey beg for like 30mins before them open gate for us to buy and as usual all rubber gang need pay #100 per 10 liter. Me I carry 20 liter so na #200 I pay.

Story never finish oh, this one shock me. For fuel station, dem no get POS but for manager corner Cashback dey available meaning say you gaz first withdrawal wey be another charge entirely and na #100 per #5000. When you finish that one you come buy fuel with cash where another charge dey based on your liter. NNPC dey sale normal sha but you fit spend 3hrs for line and you never move. This country dun finish, shey dem warn us about buhari governments we no gree hear, last time this man rule, the country surfer but people want change, shey God dun give them change na lol.

Topic: Diesel at over ₦860

I do not know how this is true but I read on Punch a day ago or so that diesel price per litre has increased to ₦720, I read two hours back that diesel price has increased to ₦860 from ₦350 in just a week. Companies depend on diesel. Also see what is going on about Petrol scarcity and price hike in the country, even likely the price of petrol will be increased.

Hope this is not the start of another inflation and naira devaluation? Hodl bitcoin.
Baba the issue of petroleum products no be only 9ja problem na global problem couple with the Russian market restriction price of crude oil skyrocketed to about $120 per barrel and also price of PMS at pump price is according to international market chart so if no be say 9ja government the subsidize petroleum products such as Diesel and petrol who should been buying petrol at ₦350 to ₦400 but as government dey pay subsidy that is why we dey buy for ₦162 at pump price. The issue now be says the government done remove total subsidy on diesel so the petroleum products price regulatory agency (PPPRA) will likely hike the price of diesel. Now the problem no is even the price but the availability of the product for the market.

To be sincerely speaking i don't really know where our country is taking shape to, and my questions is that would this go back to usual price?
like yesterday evening in PHC around Iwofe, i moved out to get petrol to fill my engine i noticed around my area there was  no fueling station that was open, rather i saw some guys selling along the road and i managed to price for a litre i as told to pay #400 and i will be discount #50 if purchased 2 litre to be 750. it was very sad to me but was lucky enough to see that they brought back power supply (NEPA) so i couldn't purchase anymore.

secondly, in our country whatever goes up does not come down anymore so i wonder how could survive with this hard time and yet the government are not really helping the poor citizens all they care about is their political career and making everyone to get their PVC (Permanent Voter's Card) while making NIN and International Passport unavailable for us.
I think those Old men have really abort the future of the country.

Please who is interested in the e-Naira? If una ask me o go say person suppose learn how to crawl before him fly, Nigeria doesn't have the technical know how and the resources to run a Crypto related project, rather than make we go through this stress we act like them EL Salvador and fully adopt Crypto-currency, it is show to be one of the best opportunity especially for developing countries like Nigeria.
Bitt Inc developed eNaira and it is not a Nigerian company but foreign. Although, CBN were in rush to launch eNaira, there were errors when the eNaira app was launched for use, but I do not think there is anything bad about eNaira now when the problem were earlier solved. The problem I saw was that CBN shouldn't have banned bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies when it was planning to launch eNaira, this could have been the reason eNaira is not really acceptable in the South, but eNaira app works good.

I was interested in eNaira, but the reason why I abandoned two of my bank accounts was because of the VAT and the bank charges, I later moved to a microfinance bank with some free transactions monthly and no VAT paid. The reason I do not use eNaira are the charges too.

Even if we do not support the government, how will the country develop, though most fault are from the government but we should embrace what we have, and if I will not deceive you, there is no much difference between eNaira and those commercial banks, CBN is in control.

Nawao even 4 dis awa amiabu kona som pipu stil dey luk 4 naija e-naira... Abeg shey na investment u wan take am do ni abi na to just dey save up ur moni, wen we get d ogbonge bitcoin wey dey available gidigba... Well ur reasons are best known 2u sha.
eNaira can be for spending which is not bad just as naira. Yes, bitcoin for holding.

To every project like this we support, there are some people employed.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
The matter way dey ground says some of the loan operators them na hackers were fit to do anything with your information and again them dey use software where the law no approve that na way them fit to hack your phone using your phone number, that act na big privacy violation and the law no go take am easy with them. How you go just hack person phone come dey send threats message and calling the person criminal without court declaration or conviction. Make we 9ja government deal with them I know say they cup done full when I hear of such message when customers been dey complain.
I bin no know say those people dey hack people information shaa, I bin think say na the people wey collect loan submit the people name to call incase them no pay back.
Then, I hear say dem dey deceive people with big money and small interest, but when you registered e become small money with big interest, if na true that na criminal act. I been see their picture online, make government caution and prosecute them for privacy cade and blackmailing.

Kogi government pays N2000 as salary to workers in February. True or rumor?

Is this not surprising: Despite mandate on minimum wage, Kogi Govt pays N2000 as salary to workers

This kogi state wetin be their own contributions to the country and how much them dey get to use arrange their state from the national cake. Why I dey ask na say if money no dey dem no fit pay. E get some states wey dey receive better block and you no fit use them to compare with others. Me I no believe in general minimum wage. Life no be the same for everywhere. Me I know how much I dey spend weekly and I no get family now Image those wey get family and you come they pay them 2k, na runs this people dey do wey the government dey give them urgent 2k.

All this things follow for the reason I dey advise our people dem wey still dey school for this our community. Make una find better skills wey you go use hold body. Even for the forum only coding wey you go learn you fit dey chop better money when you get contract to code signature or graphic design etc.
Some time shame dey cash me say I from kogi state, see the matter of kogi workers na pitiable situation make I yan una the koko as e be for kogi, I no daught the news say kogi government pay local government workers percentage payment and some people receive 2k that na true and the tin don start since this governor Yahaya Bello come power then I still dey 300 level for kogi state University and him collect bailout fund of about 50 billion naira in total and in two trenches, and after the guy collect the bailout from federal government to take settle outstanding salaries, na so the governor match the money down begin ask workers to do verifications and staff audit where take them almost 2 years plus to finish the verification and then many worker die in the process and some of my lecturers were dey on sabbatical were termed ghosts workers without payment and we're sacked.
Mean while the yahoo governor carry 22 billion out of the bailout fund open fixed deposit account with Sterling bank make him use collect interest workers were own for over 15 to 20 months of salaries the one that receive salaries are paid percentage payment. Now the matter cast EFCC discover the money for the fixed deposit account them confront kogi government and kogi government deny say nothing like 22 billion for fixed deposit account not until CBN wade in to the matter retrieve back the money from Sterling to CBN, who lose na dey workers were no get the payment but are taxed and improvise to pay back the bailout because na loan e be.
Na this same Governor wan become president for 9ja person were no fit lead small state like kogi wan rule the whole Nigeria as a country.

Kogi government pays N2000 as salary to workers in February. True or rumor?
If this is true, then it is absolutely appalling, but can we verify the authenticity of this information, do not get me wrong as i am not saying the information is false, i am just raising such concerns cause having gone through the link you posted on this news, the information was made public by an individual on "Twitter", thus it doesn't give the info enough backing/veracity based on the source.
Crude oil (OPEC crude oil) is now over $130 per barrel (over 70% of Nigeria's total export), yet was the ASUU strike, yet no increase of minimum wage. When minimum wage was increased during the during former president time in 2009 or so, no negative effect like when it was increased in 2018, it was like no minimum wage increment as the naira purchasing power has greatly reduced.
The thing is, no matter how crude oil prices 'rocket', i am pretty sure the government do not have any intentions to make it show in the daily living of the average Nigerian, i am afraid things will continue to opearate as if there was no such hike. And then again, as for the disparity between the increment in minimum wage in 2009 and 2018, it is pretty obvious that cost of living was fairly good back in 2009, and thus the increase was somewhat 'visible' as it had a positive effect in the lives of people, but in 2018, the increment was just to measure up with the high cost of living and create a balance, thus it is more or less like there was no increase. It is a really bad time to say the least.
Securities have direct access to our NIN, should Buhari be involved, he gave the order and now sued.
Governments will always try its best to invade the privacy of its citizens, they do not by any means want people to have the sort of privacy they deserve, for example, that is one major reason why many of us are in the Bitcoin network, cause of its decentralized nature. But as for centralized governments they will always find a way to intrude which is bad.
Anyways, me na Port Harcourt pikin, and I hail all the snr men for here. Una Weldon!
I comot cap welcome you oh, take your time ehn sabi all the forum rules so you no go break anyone of them, if you get any wahala wey dy worry your mind, you go just ask am, men they wey go answer you, tell you the correct thing to do, Bitcoin na better thing, and Bitcointalk na better source of information, so welcome my brother.
