Lately there are some purchase orders that are not fulfilled correctly. Some examples:

payment arrives too late
buyer sent not enough BTC

In both situations the purchase order is cancelled and the buyer receives the BTC as a refund with the next distribution.

If the buyer sends too much BTC the purchase order is completed and the extra BTC is refunded with the next distribution.

Alt coins will be saved until further notice. There is a plan in the works that will eventually be developed into a way to redeem mined alt coins. However, that is several months off.

As an update to our LTC Miner... It arrived and one of the 7970s was not functional while the other had overheating problems. The seller has agreed to take the cards back and send us 2 new 7970s. I'll let everyone know once it is mining away.

The server with responsibility of verifying payments had a problem. The hard drive with Bitcoin block chain decides to take holiday.
