Miami Heat starting to bring this game closer. Even though I put some bitcoin on the Denver Nuggets, I’d still like to see this game be a good one.  I don’t think the Heat will be able to close the gap though, and think Denver is just too strong for them. Jokic is just such a beast.

Hoping to see more “playoff Jimmy”. He’s not been that guy this series for some reason. Go

I totally agree with you guys on the Butler topic. He is really inadequate on the offensive side in this series which can lead Heat to lose easier than most of us expect. Butler needs to be more active with his steal attempts and scoring many more points than this at the same time. He has been the main factor in Heat's reaching this round in the playoff stage in the first place.

As you know Heat finished the regular season in 7th place in the Eastern Conference. As a result not many people including me were giving them a chance to have a run like this. Butler has done the biggest work in this time period by scoring a lot of points and carrying his team. He has become like Lakers' Lebron or Warriors' Curry.

Therefore Butler needs to be aware of the seriousness of the situation and do something.

It's definitely a gameover If Denver Nuggets should win this game 4, which I think they will unless Jimmy Butler choses to either step up today or sit out, and I really don't know when next he get a shot at winning a championship, should the Heat win the Championship this it's pretty obvious whose name would make the most story and it's that of Butler's over everyone else on the Heat roster, he's stated really with the Bucks and Celtics, but all that would have count for nothing if he folds now!

What NBA story could possible better than the 8th seeded team and with the most undrafted playing winning a championship while beating the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th best teams of the regular season enroute to the victory, and that'll make Jimmy go down as the first to have done it, I know they're some many record that have been broken this season and post alone by various teams or individual, but there is still a few more that could get broken too.

The Heat have never been behind in a series prior to the NBA Finals. This is the only series where they are trailing, but if it becomes 3-1, then you are right that the series could be over soon. However, it's too early to discuss that in my opinion because the Heat are still fighting to even the series. Despite being the underdogs, they haven't let that deter them. They are here to compete and aim to make history by winning the championship. It's this kind of dedication that makes them a good team.

So it seems that everyone is not on the same boat, unlike game 1 wherein almost the majority went for the Nuggets to win even if the initial handicap is almost double digit.

For this game 3, I will go with the Heat at +3.5, still at 1.90 so that is good enough for me.

And with that kind of almost 50/50 bet here, it just shows that this game should be very close and could be decided again in the last couple of minutes or even less than that.

The Nuggets are still on the lead because of that dominating performance in game 3, game 4 will be a different one the Miami Heat can struggle again in game 4 but that game 2 was really a struggle for them so for me the Denver Nuggets still has the edge in this game, game 2 was also a close game they manage to stop Jamal Murray but they can not stop Nikola Jokic, that is why they let him score but they manage to stop him from passing and making assist, which is a brilliant plan from Erik Spoelstra,

I feel like a lot of money is hitting the +3.5 and man I hate to bet against a home team in the playoffs with them at home but I'm laying on the Nuggets.  I said I was gonna lay on them the whole way down and can't believe one game should change that.  Hitting Denver-3.5 and a jokic pts+rbs+asst over.

Good luck everyone and enjoy game 3.

Many are still hoping for a Miami Heat to come back but the incredible performance of both Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic both Triple-double performance is a masterpiece play, that is why I think that the Nuggets can manage another dominating performance but if Erik Spoelstra manage another crazy play and Jimmy Butler would not be so stubborn enough in disobeying Erik Spoelstra another win comeback for the Miami Heat is actually not impossible but right now it is the Denver Nuggets time to shine moment,

Miami Heat(2.22) VS Denver Nuggets(1.69)

Another close odd for these two teams, the odds are from stake.com right now Tyler Herro still can not play for the Heat, while the Denver Nuggets don't have any injuries, well because of that great performance of the Nuggets against the Miami Heat in game 3 where both Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic manage to get a triple-double I really think that they can still have that kind of play in game 4, so my pick is the Denver Nuggets,

I'm outdoing myself today by sharing 5 tickets (i've actually placed twice as many already lol), there aren't that many games left, and i know i'll miss betting on player props for the next 3-4 months without NBA. The plan is to get as many as i can while we still have games on...

Jokic 20+ points / Jokic 10+ rebounds / Jokic 10+ assists @1.98  X

Jokic is a walking triple-double machine, he has two already in the Finals. I think the Heat will try to improve their Murray/Jokic high PnR defense by having a third defender in there, which means Jokic will have guys open in the corners for wide-open 3s most of the time.

Kevin Love Under 4.5 rebounds @1.86   won

Love did his thing in Game 2 and helped the Heat on the boards with 10 on 22 minutes. He was ineffective in Game 3 with only 2 rebounds in his limited time on the court (16 minutes), as the Heat were blown out on the boards -25. I expect his minutes to go further down to maybe 10-12, hence the under.

C. Martin 14+ PR @1.78   won

This bet is closely related to Love's minutes. I fully expect Martin's playing time to be in the area of 30-35 minutes, if not more. The Heat need someone other than Jimmy and Bam to step up. C. Martin had a great series against Boston, showing that he can be the team's third scorer.

C. Braun 5+ points / C. Braun 1+ steals @3.40  X

This kid had some amazing plays in Games 2 and 3, he covered 5+1 in both games when he was given 15+ mins.

Christian Braun can join exclusive list of NBA, NCAA back-to-back champions with Nuggets title

If the Nuggets win the championship, Braun will be the sixth player in history to immediately follow a college basketball championship with an NBA championship. Here’s the full list, via Reddit:

Magic Johnson, (Michigan State 1979, Los Angeles Lakers 1980)
Bill Russell (San Francisco 1956, Boston Celtics 1957)
Henry Bibby (UCLA 1972, New York Knicks 1973)
Billy Thompson (Louisville 1986, Los Angeles Lakers 1987)
Arnie Ferrin (Utah 1948, Minneapolis Lakers 1949)

J. Butler, D. Robinson, K. Lowry, C. Martin, M. Strus 1+ 3pts @3.00   X

If the Heat are to tie the series their shots from deep need to fall, therefore a fun little 1+ 3pt parlay.

Butler 3/3
Robinson 3/3
Lowry 3/3
Martin 3/3
Strus 2/3

Maybe Butler focused more on the defensive duties, but he sucked at that in game 3 and one could have known from the very first quarter, but being Miami Heat's most dynamic shooter, he should focus on outscoring the Denver Nuggets to win a because there is no absolutely way to stop the Jokic and Jamal Murray duo partnership on the court, but an aggressive Jimmy Butler can easily draw fouls against if not Jokic, but Jamal Murray and force the Nuggets into an unintended rotation.

They cannot go on a shooting contest against the Nuggets. They have better shooters and could also dominate the paint. Even Jimmy will have a hard time driving and forcing shots in the inside. The rest of the Heat should deliver as well. Outside shooting is a big factor for them. If they go cold again in beyond the arc, it will be a Nuggets game. They cannot fully stop Jokic and Murray combo but they can force them to commit mistakes. Heat is a defensive team. They should start with good defense and offense will follow.

Here is my bet for today's game. Picking the Denver to win and take the 3-1 lead going back to their home. I believe it will be a gentleman's sweep against the Miami Heat.

It wasn't really all that shocking to see Nuggets get a win, if Miami can win at Denver (which is a lot harder due to altitude) then it is quite possible for Denver to win at Miami as well. One thing that was an issue last time around was that they let Jokic score instead of pass, they blocked his passing lanes and just gave him the chance to score, which he took and was efficient but it disrupted the play style they have as a team.

This time around they knew what they would face, so they let Jokic score as much as he could, and also unleashed Murray alongside him, instead of team ball it was just two players that abused all of Miami when they can. This changed their style and Miami had no defensive strategy for that, nothing they had ready at that moment at least.
It's really a monster duo and I don't know what might be their response after that loss but hoping Coach Spoelstra has one which I don't doubt as an experience coach. If Jokic make plays, it really translate for them to win and that's what they should stop him from doing. If this wouldn't be tied tonight at 2-2 then I'd say it will be over them for good at the Denver home court.

I'm guilty about that as well because at first, I didn't have that much confidence towards the Heat especially in the first round where they faced the New York Knicks which they eventually defeated but in the second round, it was almost impossible for me to believe that they can defeat the #1 seed in the East which they did as well. But in the conference finals, that's when I have put my faith in them and it turns out profitable because they managed to eliminate the Celtics and almost swept them after having a 3-0 advantage.

I doubted them through every series.  Of the series I thought they could win was the Celtics one because they match up well against them.  They got help with giannis getting hurt in game one.  But this one might end up being a quick 5 game gentlemen sweep.  I'm leaning hard on Denver all the way through.  No answer for jokic.  And if Murray is on forget it no chance.

And that. Getting fouls seems to become inconsistent in this series with Jimmy Butler. Usually, he drives to the rim and takes the hit but now he became comfortable at shooting the outside shots. Worst, there is really no shot blocker in the paint. Jokic is not known as that defensive when it comes to stopping high flyers, Gordon just uses his body to prevent him from coming in. But one switch of defenders could make the difference, Jimmy against Murray is an easy deuce for him, if not, it will probably be a foul. If he could put all the stars of the Denver Nuggets in foul trouble, they can win this series. But first, he must change how his offense will be. Let the outside shooting be for the shooters, be an attacker, and kick out the ball if he is doubled because I am sure someone will be left wide open and the Nuggets are not good at going back at their position. Proven in Game 2.
That was actually the play for Max Struss in the first half of Game 2, he is always left wide open because Jimmy is attacking. He doesn't need a perfect pass, just good enough for the shooter to receive the ball.

Now, I am back to that thought of Miami Heat might not win this after what happened. Luckily the odds are not far from the last game. -4.5 only for the Nuggets to claim a 2.02 profit. as for now.

The problem is significant for Butler because he has to focus not only on defense but also on scoring. In reality, Butler doesn't typically put up big numbers when we look at his regular-season stats. Therefore, the Heat won't win even if Butler scores 40 points if his teammates don't get involved. I simply want to see a performance like in Game 2, where everyone was contributing and their outside shooting was the key. If they can replicate that, they will secure a victory.

If we want to be on the safer side and get good betting odds, I think live betting is the answer.
Yes, I did this at least twice and it worked, in the second game when Denver returned to the lead in points Miami got the odds on the money line quite large, and those who dared to take this opportunity to bet on Miami paid off, but in the third game the odds didn't change much because Denver took control from Q1 until Q4. A betting that in my opinion is no less safe is choosing players, especially Jokic, who appeared very consistently from the first to the third game, and in the fourth game, he remains the favorite choice for most bettors, including me, and hopefully he still doesn't disappoint.

I think the Denver Nuggets will win the next game.
I have the same thoughts Nuggets win but with a closer winning margin.

If we want to be on the safer side and get good betting odds, I think live betting is the answer. Assuming that the game is a close contest, the Miami Heat are expected to have a strong start, which will make the Nuggets' odds quite attractive.

Currently, the Nuggets are -3.5 with 1.90 odds.

If the concept of a "safe side" truly existed, sports betting would indeed be much easier. However, there are always unpredictable scenarios that can occur in sports.

Another possible scenario is if the Nuggets dominate the Heat right from the beginning of the game. In such a case, we would lose the opportunity to win because, honestly, the current spread is not difficult for the Nuggets to cover, especially if they are the ones controlling the game's tempo. What the Heat really need is for Jimmy Butler to perform at his best, just like he did when the Heat played against the Bucks. His playoff performance can significantly impact the team's chances of success.

Denver didn't dominate the last game from the  beginning of the game, but Denver Nuggets got the better edge when Kelvin Love went to the bench and was not properly introduced back into the game, and Gabe Vincent getting foul issues too, but if these factors were eliminated it would have been a much closer game than this.

Jimmy Butler was just as terrible as you could have imagine and don't let the numbers lie to you, he was awful and play more like coward that isn't built for a NBA finals, zero assists and 2 rebound from a player that's supposed to be the tea leader, minimal fouls drawn while very careless and sloppy with the ball, and unlike him his counterpart Jamal Murray stepped up big time and complimented Jokic and he didn't need to do it alone, I would say a couple of Butler's team had a rough night especially Gabe Vincent with those cheap and awful foul calls, but Jimmy Butler was also not a leader enough to inspire his team imo, he looked really carried away.
My take, Jimmy Butler focused too much on the offensive attack, he had not been gaining steals anymore unlike how he did it against the Celtics where his numbers on the defensive end are way high that it's unbelievable.
In the series against the Celtics, he gained a total of 18 steals and 3 blocks in 7 games. Now, it's Game 3 against the Denver Nuggets and he only gained 1 steal and 2 blocks. That's not the Jimmy Butler that I knew. Maybe all the bashing against him affected him mentally and he forgot how balanced he is on both ends of the floor. He is defending Jamal Murray all the time and yet Jamal scored 34 points and better, with 10 assists and 10 rebounds.
I don't want to put the blame on him but as I said in my previous posts, when Jimmy plays better, the whole team is sucked into that portal and everyone will do the same. But he must also do it on the defensive end.

Hello Guys,

My picks for tonight.

Miami Heat vs Denver Nuggets = Denver Nuggets Win 1,70 Odds.

Bam Adebayo Points, Assists and Rebounds = 32,5 Over 1,88 Odds.

Good luck guys.

My bets won. I hope you tried.
I think the Denver Nuggets will win the next game.

Jokic and Murray were great last night.
Both players had triple doubles.

Yeah, that was the different, both Jokic and Murray had great games while the Miami Heat struggled on their homecourt. Although, there could be hint already as they are not good at home this playoff, but still though they could have taken a big lead in this series if they won the fight.

So good win for the Nuggets and congrats to those who back them up in game 3.

Will bet on the Nuggets again in the next game, they have the momentum and it's going to be very difficult if Jokic and Murray will combine to have another great statistical game.

Well in picking the Denver Nuggets you have chosen the right thing because the Denver Nuggets did manage to pill the gap and made win, and this time both Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray has a triple-double in winning the game it was surely an outstanding performance for both players Nikola Jokic have gotten 21 rebounds in game 3 so it is the best gameplay he ever plays in his career,
Congrats to us Nuggets backers, and they made it comfortable for us when they kept building their lead in the fourth.

The Heat shooting regression came true as their percentages were below 40%. That should change heading into game four since this is a game they have to win, and if they can't, then we'll most likely see the Nuggets close this in 5.

I think the Denver Nuggets will win the next game.
I have the same thoughts Nuggets win but with a closer winning margin.
