CJ McCollum 20+ PA / H. Jones 1+ stocks / Pelicans ML @1.60  won

Since this game has the potential to be a blowout, Pels starters will most likely see limited minutes. 20+ PA is still doable within three quarters, i think. CJ led the Pelicans in FGA, PTS, and AST against Miami without Ingram. His expanded playmaking duties, along with the fact that the Pistons allow the second most points to opposing PGs this season, should be enough to get through this line without breaking a sweat.

Herbert Jones has 17 straight games with at least one steal/block...hopefully, his streak will not end today.

Make it 18 straight!  Great matchup for Jones against Detroit, who are missing half of their roster and rank second in turnovers per game this season.

A little winning streak going all the sudden.  Keeping it alive today with a couple of picks that should be easy wins.  Not great on the odds but the 76ers are a mess and the Pelicans are rolling pretty good right now, so I feel good about these 2.  Enjoy your Sunday!

Got Rekt..all 3 are bad picks, LOL... May win rate are dropping just like the Warriors,.. gotta get back in the game with these picks.

1- Knicks -7.5 (win ) - Good home team vs bad road team, I'll take the home team all day with the spread.

2- Magic -3.5 (loss) - Magic have an impressive home record and currently on a 5 winning streak. they should win and cover.

3- Rockets -10.5 (win) - Jazz have no business winning, while the Rockets trying to continue their win streak for the play-in spot.

Updated record 41-47 47%)

Still below in the winning percentage, but at least I got 2-1 on this, still positive for me.

Next stop.

Miami -4.5
last time they disappoint us, this game they'll try to bounce back with a big win. I'm betting a little bigger than my usual bet in this game, so hopefully they'll think of winning.

Bucks -2.5
I liked the home team here, OKC has been killing their opponent dominating them but they'll up against a true playoff team, they'll be challenge here.

Lakers -4.
I guess the Lakers has to keep winning for them to secure a play-in spot. 2 straight win at home, this will be the 3rd and they'll cover.

You're a clever guy, you know what teams to follow. Congrats.

I'm tailing the Knicks and Houston with you.

I'm feeling good after yesterday's win.  Let's keep the streak alive and go for another one.  I feel like today's parlay should be a gimme, but you never know.  Maybe the Bol Bol matchup with Wemby won't go the right way, but that's really the only concern for me.  I'm actually surprised the odds are so high on this one.  It should be a slam dunk of a bet.  Smiley

Chicago Bulls - Boston Celtics
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Boston Celtics

San Antonio Spurs - Phoenix Suns
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Phoenix Suns

Portland Trail Blazers - Denver Nuggets
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Denver Nuggets

Odds
1.98

That’s quite a good value imo of odds imo, I didn’t even consider taking a parlay of ML tonight, I was rather carried away by the value for the total points and a few 1st Half wins and handicap.

Both Celtics and Phoenix Sun have done you right, while Denver Nuggets is already 10 points up going into the locker at halftime, looks like a solid win on the horizon for you. Congratulations!

Detroit Pistons - Boston Celtics - Boston Celtics (-11.5) Win!
Toronto Raptors - Oklahoma City Thunder - Oklahoma City Thunder (-13.5) Win!
Minnesota Timberwolves - Cleveland Cavaliers - Minnesota Timberwolves (-5.5) Win!
Miami Heat - New Orleans Pelicans - Miami Heat (-1.5) Loss! - Damn! I thought the Pelicans would show some exhaustion and frustration without BI but they still played great and won the game.
Golden State Warriors - Indiana Pacers - Golden State Warriors (-2.5) Loss! - Haliburton is very different in this game.

Damn, my high spreads are covered, I never expected that.  Grin
8 games again later. Here are my picks.

New York Knicks - Brooklyn Nets - New York Knicks (-5.5) - Nets are very inconsistent and they are on their 5th losing streak.
Orlando Magic - Sacramento Kings - Orlando Magic (-1.5) - Magic is strong. Yeah, I kept on saying that, because they are.
Chicago Bulls - Boston Celtics - Boston Celtics (-5.5) - No rest for Boston but I think they can manage.
Houston Rockets - Utah Jazz - Houston Rockets (-10.5) - The most surprising team of all even without Sengun. They can win, I hope they cover the spread.
San Antonio Spurs - Phoenix Suns - Phoenix Suns (-10.5) - Nurkic is probable, hmm this is going to be tough.
Portland Trail Blazers - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets (-10.5)

I'm tailing the Knicks and Houston with you.  Was 2-1 last night and looking for another team to bet on top of these 2.  Knicks had a nice road trip I can't see them losing here tonight.  I'm tempted to take the bulls tonight at only +7.5.  Seems like a suspect trap game.  Second night on the road back to back and taytum already a game time decision.  Will probably rest.  Thinking I'm gonna take the bulls here.

I also like the early tip-off game for today, the New York Knicks had their winning streak ended by the Nuggets in their last encounter 2 days ago, I believe they'll get back to winning was, the Knicks defense have being their biggest strength, it should be an easy ride playing against a team that is offensively poor too, they are two contrasting teams.

I'm going with the 1st Half handicap here as usual;

New York Knicks -4 1st Half, @ 1.90

I got some picks for the upcoming games but not so sure if my win rate will improve, but I'm still trying and at the same time trying to stay discipline.

Miami -3 - loss
Ingram is out and Miami needs a win. Miami has 2 straight losses at home, they need to prevent that streak and win this game.

Lakers -7.5 - loss
Play-in spot is very important, and Davis might return, so they should win this game, hopefully by double digit.

Warriors -5.. loss
Same situation with the Lakers, a win here is necessary.

Miami Heat another disappointing loss. Damn, thinking it was easy since Ingram was out but it turns out it was a one sided game. I'm sure lots of bettors here fall on that trap. Miami just forgot how to play in the 2nd half which they are outscored by the visiting team. I don't care if their ranking will drop a bit because they'll still be in the play-in but this losing by 20+ points is just ridiculous.

Yes, I stir away from this game as I'm not feeling good with Miami. However, put some line on the Cavs against the Wolves. And I thought the Cavs has a better chance and make the games closer.

So I guess for tonight's game, some are predictable but there are games that is really hard to score. I must needed win for the Warriors, but it turns another L for them. They are making themselves sink in the standings and that could allow the Houston Rockets to overtake them if they continue being inconsistent and losing games that they could have won.

It was a bad day for us here as probably most of our bets losses. However, this is not the end of journey yet, we are still in the regular season and this thread is dedicated for betting, so let's continue while we still can, as long as there's left to gamble, then we gonna do what we gonna do.

Having said that, I guess the Boston vs Bulls game is quite intereting. I know the Celtics are currently on a big run recently, they aren't slowing down despite the fact that they are already at the top, but this time I'll fade the as I like the Bulls being the home dog fighting for a playoff spot to at least stay in the play-in spot.

CJ McCollum 15+ points / H. Jones 1+ stock / T. Rozier 20+ PRA @1.82  X

Heat allows the third-fewest points in the paint this season, with the fewest PIP /L3.  It will be a tough task for Zion or Valanciunas to score inside. That's why i am looking at Pels perimeter players, specifically CJ McCollum. He has scored 15+ points in 3/L5, but his shot attempts could increase due to Ingram's absence. His matchup is also favorable, as Rozier is not well-known for his defensive abilities.

Herbert Jones has 17 straight games with at least one steal/block...hopefully, his streak will not end today.

Roziers' PRA has been one of my favorite lines to bet on recently, especially when J. Butler was out for a few games. 20+ PRA in 10/L10, with an extra day of rest against a tired Pels defense, i'll take it.

That was one epic game for the Miami Heat VS the New Orleans Pelicans but because of Terry Rozier's good defense stopping Zion Williamson is one of their key components the outside was open wide, so even though Zion Williamson just got 4 points toward the entire game it was CJ McCollum who is going with a lot of points along with Jose Alvarado who that time got 17 points for the Pelicans.

It was not a great game for Miami that the New Orleans Pelicans got good momentum in the 2nd half of the game and managed to rain down scores on the Miami Heat.

It was a one-sided match in the 2nd half because the 1st half was really unpredictable on what may happen in the following minutes of the game, and it was really a great strategy for the Miami Heat but it was all spoils in the 2nd half when CJ McCollum decided that it was his time to fire off the shot from beyond the arc and it was really a fascinated game for sure, as Zion Williamson was stopped by the Heat but for sure he is not the only piece that the New Orleans Pelicans have because they also got McCollum to fill the buckets.

Damn! That was short by just 1 PRA from Terry Rozier, Your insight about the game was pretty much spot on! CJ MxCollum was the top scorer of the game with 30 points, and 6 triples, while Zion Williamson indeed struggled offensively every of his field goal attempt was heavily contested, the Heats' struggle offensively was what I'd cost you your bet.

I lost mine too, it was an extremely low scoring game, way below my expectation, especially the Timberwolves vs Cavaliers game.

Another 2-1 for last night on the right side of the books last couple days.  Will try to keep it going here are my picks for tonight so far:

Knicks -6.5.  Might be a Homer bet but last 5 games keeping the opponent under 100 points, this one should be tight so long as everyone is full up playing.

Pacers -6.5. Cavs are down a couple of guys and I really thing the Pacers are gonna make a run at the 4/5 hole position here.  They are better than their record suggests.

And gimme the Celtics-15.5 here at home.  I know Detroit took them to OT this year but Celtics are steam rolling.  I expect a massive blowout.  130-107 type game.

Good luck everyone.

Another 2 and 1 night.  Knicks were dicey once OG was out but they have been playing great team ball lately.  Cavs game shocked me but hey anything can happen...and Boston they are just straight rolling through the season.  Going to be tough for anyone to beat them in a 7 game series.

Tonight I have just one pick and laying it all down on...

The Suns-9.  At home and with a relatively healthy squad I like their shot here at under double digits.

Nailed the only bet last night.  While most of my time will be neck deep in the ncaa tourny I laid in 3 bets for tonight.

Bucks -9.5 at home against the Nets.  Last night they played Boston hard without giannis.  Think they roll the Nets here in a 130-115 type of blowout.

Kings-11.5 at the Wizards.  Don't like long road games but the Wizards are awful.  Kings should roll

Jazz +14.5 vs Dallas.  I like Dallas to win here but expect the Jazz to put up a fight.  Big spread hoping for a backdoor cover from the Jazz.

Good luck and enjoy the games (especially the ncaa tourny)

A brutal night last night to include my team the Knicks took an L.  Another day another night to win right lol.

Boston -14.5 at the Pistons.  Same theory best team vs worst.  Can't see the Celtics lose and they should be able to press this spread.

Rapters +16.5 at home against okc.  Okc is good but rapts hopefully can get some home cooking and keep it under a 20 point loss here.

And last one Timberwolves-6.5 at home against the cavs.  Timberwolves should dominate the paint and win this one.  Expect a close game and Wolves pull away at the end.

Good luck everyone.

After a heartbreaking loss yesterday with one leg of my parlay not hitting what should have been an easy win, I'm going a little more mellow today in hopes to reverse the losing streak before it starts.  If one of these teams lose then you know something has gone seriously wrong as all these games should be easy wins.  A 3 game parlay for 1.61 odds isn't a bet I'd recommend following though.

Detroit Pistons - Boston Celtics
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Boston Celtics

Portland Trail Blazers - Los Angeles Clippers
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Los Angeles Clippers

Los Angeles Lakers - Philadelphia 76ers
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Los Angeles Lakers

Washington Wizards - Sacramento Kings - Sacramento Kings (-10.5) - Loss! I guess they are exhausted.
Orlando Magic - New Orleans Pelicans - Orlando Magic ML - Win! What happened to Brandon Ingram was sad but it's still a win for the Magic.
Milwaukee Bucks - Brooklyn Nets - Milwaukee Bucks (-10.5) - Loss! Did not cover.
Dallas Mavericks - Utah Jazz - Dallas Mavericks (-12.5) - Win! Covered. Whew, that was close.
Denver Nuggets - New York Knicks - Denver Nuggets (-7.5) - Win! Covered too. Nice. Michael Porter Jr. is something in his past 7 games. That's what the Nuggets needed. And Jokic another triple-double added to his list.

8 games later guys. Here are my picks.
Detroit Pistons - Boston Celtics - Boston Celtics (-11.5) - So many questionable players for the Boston Celtics, but this is a team that has strength in their bench too, so I will take that.
Toronto Raptors - Oklahoma City Thunder - Oklahoma City Thunder (-13.5)
Minnesota Timberwolves - Cleveland Cavaliers - Minnesota Timberwolves (-5.5) - Cleveland injuries. Mostly it will be LeVert, Allen, and Garland again. It won't be enough against the strong Timberwolves.
Miami Heat - New Orleans Pelicans - Miami Heat (-1.5) - BI out and they might be exhausted. I know they need every win they can get but so does Miami.
Golden State Warriors - Indiana Pacers - Golden State Warriors (-2.5) The Warriors had been playing like a great team again. They just need that energy from their bench and I bet they will win it again.

Good luck everyone.

I like the match ups you've listed above, especially Miami Heat vs Pelicans, I'd have love to just go money line on this one, but the line at -3 is low and very reasonable.

I'll taking the Over on total points too, it's currently at 209 for 1.80, combine with Over 206 points in Cavaliers vs Minnesota Timberwolves for 1.80, together for a double bet @ 3.24 Odds
