That knicks line was probably the easiest bet of the year.  They were favored last night by 3.5 before draft kings pulled them once the Knicks reported pretty much everyone of value out lol.  They hung in there but when you are playing people minutes like obi toppings brother it typically doesn't end well lol.  Probably a good bet against the Knicks for the next couple games.  Og is out, julius is out, JB dealing with a rolled ankle amd bringing new guys into the fold so team defense gonna suffer for a hot second.

Portland Trail Blazers - Detroit Pistons - Portland Trail Blazers (-3.5) - Detroit won against the Kings but I think it will end there.

This was suppose to be a winner.. I don't understand why they didn't play good defense and allowed the Pistons to come back and brought the game into OT. Worst is, they lose in the OT and everything was wasted to nothing. Teams that unreliable, you are just gambling 50/50 and no lead is safe for them.

Anyway, congrats on the Nuggets pick, it could have been LA winning the game if they weren't careless. Can't really underestimate Jokic and company as they can always find a way to win.
Yeah, 23 points was the highest lead if I remember it correctly. Trail Blazers suck! Jerami Grant was exhausted, he almost played the whole game including the overtime. 45 minutes, 49 points. They are wasted by Duren, Ivey, and Cunningham. That's 2 consecutive wins for the Detroit Pistons now.

Phoenix Suns - Utah Jazz - Utah Jazz (8.5) - Loss! The Suns are still strong even without Booker. KD found his rhythm in the passing lane and Eubanks got the points reward.
Portland Trail Blazers - Detroit Pistons - Portland Trail Blazers (-3.5) - Loss!
Los Angeles Lakers - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets (-1.5) - Win! They did not let the Lakers take the lead but there are 5 times the game was tied.

6 games later.
Here are my picks.
Toronto Raptors - Houston Rockets - Houston Rockets ML - There are not many changes in the Raptors team. Kelly Olynyk was added including Agbaji.
Philadelphia 76ers - Atlanta Hawks - Atlanta Hawks ML - So many injured players in the 76ers team, I'd rather trust Trae Young to win this game.
Sacramento Kings - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets ML - Duarte out for the Kings.
Los Angeles Lakers - New Orleans Pelicans - New Orleans Pelicans (-1.5) Zion and Jonas Valanciunas are questionable to play. The Lakers on the other hand are playing back-to-back after that exhausting game against the Nuggets. The sad part is Max Christie will not play after he rolled his ankle during that game.  Just when he was getting hot.

Other games have high spreads. I think I will pick during the live game.
Good luck everyone and have a nice day.

Today I went with a parlay that is probably the worst odds I've ever bet on.  I picked the Celtics to beat the Wizards and the Bucks to beat the Hornets.  Honestly though, the odds, even as a multi-bet, are not worth making the bet.  It's more for fun than anything else.  It's actually sort of dumb to even make a bet like this.  Even though it is very likely to win, it's never the greatest idea to bet a dollar to win a dime.  Especially when multiple games have to go your way to win.

updated record is 6-4 ( 60%)..

Got some picks for the games later.

1) Indiana -6.5   - loss
won last time vs Rockets but didn't cover, this time they should cover the spread against the Warriors who will play a back to back game on the road.  Warriors are playing 3 games in 4 nights on the road, fatigue factor here is big.

2) Orlando Magic -11 - win
Magic loss to the heat on the road, same with the Spurs whom they'll face later. Spurs are on a back to back game, while Magic are trying to bounce back and start a first home game after a successful road games (3-4). They should have the energy here to give the Spurs a blowout loss.

3) Phoenix Suns -6.5 win
2nd home game after beating the Bucks, still hot so I guess that -6.5 is too easy for them to cover. Thing is, Jazz are good at their home but awful on the road with 9-19 record.

Updated record 8-5 (61%)

Another pick for the upcoming games.

1- Sixers ML
I think the losing streak will have to stop, so I'm betting on the moneyline as for me it's the right tiem.

2- Lakers ML
Back to back game, doesn't matter, Lakers needs a win, and I don't see them losing back to back against a mediocre team.

3-Bucks -14.5
Backing this team, maybe the criticism will stop here, and they need to make a big statement by getting a blowout win.

Washington Wizards - Cleveland Cavaliers - Cleveland Cavaliers (-10.5) - Loss! Did not cover. The Wizards did great here, especially Kyle Kuzma.
Charlotte Hornets - Toronto Raptors - Toronto Raptors (-4.5) - Won. Covered.
Miami Heat - San Antonio Spurs - Miami Heat (-7.5) - Won! Thank God they put a gap in the 4th quarter.
Philadelphia 76ers - Golden State Warriors - Golden State Warriors (-1.5) - Won! Easy money.
Sacramento Kings - Detroit Pistons - Sacramento Kings (-10.5) - Loss! Crappy Kings.
Los Angeles Clippers - New Orleans Pelicans - Los Angeles Clippers (-5.5) - Loss!  Fatigued Clippers players. It's so obvious and even Terance Mann admitted that he is exhausted before the game. Paul George not scoring in the first half of the game. Leonard is not himself too. Only Harden was the making a score.

I am late for the party today.  Grin
Here are my late picks.

Phoenix Suns - Utah Jazz - Utah Jazz (8.5) - Suns on the lead when I took this bet. Booker is out so that means a lesser threat on outside shots.
Portland Trail Blazers - Detroit Pistons - Portland Trail Blazers (-3.5) - Detroit won against the Kings but I think it will end there.
Los Angeles Lakers - Denver Nuggets - Denver Nuggets (-1.5) - KCP is questionable for the Nuggets.

I don't really like the matchups I'm seeing today.  I feel like any game could go either way without too much shock value.  I did have to get at least one bet in though, so here's what I went with.

Brooklyn Nets - Cleveland Cavaliers
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Cleveland Cavaliers

New York Knicks - Dallas Mavericks
Winner (Incl. Overtime)
Dallas Mavericks

Odds
2.16

The Cavs are heavy favorites over the Nets so that's why I took that game and I like the way the Mavericks are playing so I picked them to beat New York.  Not bad odds for a 2 game parlay with the favorites being selected, but I'm concerned about the Knicks/Mavericks outcome.

I'm a knicks fan and I never bet against them but today I would (but still wont).  JB rolled his ankle and won't be as nimble out there I expect him to chill a bit on the constant pivots in the paint.  They are down randle, down mitch, Anunaby is still out so they have 1.5 starts out there.  Couple that with the Knicks sending 4 bench players to Detroit today they are gonna have probably a 7 man rotation and if Dallas gets any type of big lead I can see thibs throwing in the towel and playing his g league benchers in the 4th.

Magic ML / J. Suggs 1+ steals / V. Wembanyama 3+ stocks @2.10  won

Going from the #2 overall pick B. Miller to the #1 pick Wemby in back-to-back days. heh

Magic and Spurs played over a week ago, and Wemby finished with 5 blocks and 2 steals, he has 3+ stocks in 4/L5. Magic might be the best spot for him to get stops as ORL likes to score inside and not force outside shots. Magic have taken the fewest 3s in /L3 at 28 (a staggering 20 fewer than the Celtics in that period).

Suggs has at least one steal in 4/L5, as well as 9/L10 home games, he had 4 against them last week. SAS also coming off a game last night which should help with the number of turnovers they commit.

Many trades happen tonight before the trade deadline. Today's matches are very unpredictable but I'm still going to share my pick tonight without any context. All Handicap (Incl. Overtime). Spurs +12.5, Pacers -3.5, Cavs -4.5, Knicks +1.5, Bucks +1.5, Bulls -4.5, Jazz +4.5, Blazers -4.5, Nuggets -1.5

About the Kings, that was unexpected, at least they can win at home even if they don't cover the point spread, but they loss, not only by a small margin but by double digit, so it's really disappointing.
I already mentioned this in the other thread — the Detroit Pistons are playing better and winning without Cade Cunningham. The Pistons is 4-6 without Cade Cunningham and 3-37 with him playing.

My today's parlay was ruined by the LA Clippers and the Kings. I didn't expect them to get beaten at their home court. Especially the Kings, who are playing against the Pistons. The Pistons! Maybe the worst team in the league right now. Fox getting outplayed by third-year player Jaden Ivey is such pain in the eyes. Ivey scored 19 of his career-high 37 points in the fourth quarter, and with that monster performance, they stunned the Kings 133-120. Well, I guess Sabonis and Fox shouldn't have been all-stars this season after all.

On the other hand, the Clippers' first seed didn't last long as they got beaten in their homecourt too. The Pelicans beat the Clippers 106-117.

These two games are the ones that I think should have been easy wins. But the opposite happened.

I could understand why the Clippers loss to the visiting team. They might still not gained their full energy since they came from a long road trip, and based on what I read, experts loved to bet on the first game of the team that came from a long road trip. On the case of the Clippers, they had 7 road games, almost perfected it as they only loss to the cleveland cavaliers. Watch out for their next game, they'll certainly start playing again.

About the Kings, that was unexpected, at least they can win at home even if they don't cover the point spread, but they loss, not only by a small margin but by double digit, so it's really disappointing.

I have 1-1, hence my updated record is  YTD 4-3  (57%)

Early picks.
First pick : Cleveland -5. win
They are on a winning streak now. With a good home record which is 17-8, I believe they can beat the Kings who have been winning their last 2 road games.

2nd pick : Atlanta +3 - loss
Trae Young stays hot and will continue to prove that he is an all star caliber. Clippers here came from a big win vs the Heat and they are on a back to back game. I'll choose the home team here and a well rested team.

3rd pick : Warriors ML win
Curry had a strong game vs the Hawks, though they loss, I still believe that they have a good chemistry now and they can win this game with Curry still leading the team.

updated record is 6-4 ( 60%)..

Got some picks for the games later.

1) Indiana -6.5
won last time vs Rockets but didn't cover, this time they should cover the spread against the Warriors who will play a back to back game on the road.  Warriors are playing 3 games in 4 nights on the road, fatigue factor here is big.

3) Phoenix Suns -6.5
2nd home game after beating the Bucks, still hot so I guess that -6.5 is too easy for them to cover. Thing is, Jazz are good at their home but awful on the road with 9-19 record.

B. Miller 25+ PRA / B. Miller 2+ 3pts / B. Miller 1+ stocks @1.80  won

I've been avoiding the Hornets all year, had a limited amount of action on them, and for a good reason. But now with Rozier's trade to Miami, Ball and Hayward injuries...Brandon Miller has been putting in solid/consistent numbers. His usage rate is up, and will probably stay that way until LaMelo returns to the starting lineup.

He has covered 25+ PRA in 5/L5 averaging close to 30 points alone, 25 PRA shouldn't be a problem. 2+ 3pts in 5/L5 on 45% shooting, 1+ stocks is also perfect 5/L5.

Anyway, what are your thoughts on this bet?
That multi-bet is solid, except for the Bucks, they've been shitting the bed recently, and a few of their starting players are still GTD.

Good thing until now I haven't been able to find the same sportsbetting market like this one and didn't tail on that picks. Only one leg hit in this parlay, I was expecting to hit at least 2 on that 4 leg parlay. But those 3 leg parlays that didn't hit were too close. Only 1-5 points were needed to hit another leg.
I'm still searching for this kind of sports betting market.

Ha e laid off basketball for a little bit but getting back on the horse tonight.  Here are my picks for the night:

Golden state -5.5, just think without embid to steer the ship the sixers are gonna eat some losses here amd get exposed

Clevland -11.5, gotta ride that team.  They look real good and with a fully healthy team look like a strong contender.

Miami -7.5...just a hunch.  Games like this are ones they usually tend to win.

Here's my parlay pick for the day.  Not the greatest odds for a 4-game multi-bet but I like my odds with these teams.  Nothing too shocking here.  Maybe the Pelicans might be able to surprise the Clippers, but we'll see.  Nothing too special about today.  Just picking the games that should be slam dunks (see what I did there).

Washington Wizards - Cleveland Cavaliers

Boston Celtics - Atlanta Hawks

Los Angeles Clippers - New Orleans Pelicans

Washington Wizards vs Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers have become a scary team with a full roster. Just like the old days. In the process, the Cavaliers have made a tremendous run to the top of the Eastern Conference. With 14 wins in their last 15 games, the Cavaliers are making bettors smile. Their first-half dominance over the same period has placed them among the top four in this category. Washington, on the other hand, is at the bottom of the Eastern Conference after a drama filled season. In other words, they are one of the five worst first half teams in the league. All signs point to the Cleveland Cavaliers for betting purposes.

Miami Heat vs San Antonio Spurs
I can say that the Miami Heat are in a period of recovery after a very bad run. They managed to get 3 wins in the last 4 games. San Antonio, on the other hand, after surprisingly winning two games in a row, has lost four straight and all of those games were at home. The Miami Heat won by 5 points when they visited their rival at the beginning of the season. Miami will be victorious in this game as well.

I think that Cavs, Kings, and Clippers bets have the highest chance of winning.
Good luck everyone, have a great day ahead.

We are on the same team, they might win but the problem here is if they could cover the spread. 2 of these are playing at home, while the Cavaliers are on the road. If we based on the record of their opponents they could easily have a blowout win especially on teams Pistons and Wizards. If I would rank the 3 bets I have the same as you based on percentage of winning, it will be this....

1) clippers  2) Cavaliers 3) Kings.

Although Pistons is a bad team, only won 2 out of  20 road games, but sometimes Kings are so careless, they can't take care of their big lead, so if Pistons will come back normally in the 4th where Kings would just relax, the +13 might be covered. however, I still stick with the pick.  Smiley

Indiana Pacers - Houston Rockets - Indiana Pacers (-5.5) - Lost! Good game from the Pacers but the spreads were not covered.
New York Knicks - Memphis Grizzlies - Memphis Grizzlies (14.5) - Win! I was right! The Grizzlies could somehow fight back and they did in the 4th quarter. Brunson went to the dugout, I think he was hurt and that's when the Grizzlies tried to come back but DiVicenzo was answering back against them.

Brooklyn Nets - Dallas Mavericks - Dallas Mavericks (-1.5) - Win! Kyrie Irving had 36 points and Luka Doncic had 35 points. Who can defeat those offensive monsters?

Miami Heat - Orlando Magic - Miami Heat (-1.5) - Win! My instincts were correct to trust them now.

Chicago Bulls - Minnesota Timberwolves - Minnesota Timberwolves (-3.5) - Lost! I don't know what the heck happened here, I saw the Wolves were on the lead when I had a peek and then suddenly they lost in the end.
Utah Jazz - Oklahoma City Thunder - Utah Jazz ML - Win! Markkanen was on fire.

and a bonus... Wink
5/7. Nice.

7 games again for later.
Here are my picks.
Washington Wizards - Cleveland Cavaliers - Cleveland Cavaliers (-10.5)
Charlotte Hornets - Toronto Raptors - Toronto Raptors (-4.5)
Miami Heat - San Antonio Spurs - Miami Heat (-7.5)
Philadelphia 76ers - Golden State Warriors - Golden State Warriors (-1.5)
Sacramento Kings - Detroit Pistons - Sacramento Kings (-10.5)
Los Angeles Clippers - New Orleans Pelicans - Los Angeles Clippers (-5.5)

I think that Cavs, Kings, and Clippers bets have the highest chance of winning.
Good luck everyone, have a great day ahead.
