Best exchange for IEO is binance right now but with that capital it's too hard to get the IEO tokens because the chance is higher when someone hold more BNB. So i think if you want to earn money by trades, i recommend to trade a coin with more than 1 mil daily volume. Or the best option is, you already hold 2 best coin in cryptocurrency and just hold it like a year i'm sure the value will at least doubled.
You should probably invest in old coins in CMC, as it has lesser risk than investing in IEOs. Even if IEOs is like the "new ICO", you still have the chances to get scammed at some point.
You can day trade altcoins, if you're that quite experienced already in trading, or by default just do a long-term hodling.

I invested in Ethereum but it hasn't been doing well as I expected. Bitcoin is only cryptocurrency that I have been benefiting from throughout this year, the price has been increasing and I'm making a profit from it. Ethereum seems to be slow and the same with Stellar, it's quite annoying. I should have invested in Binance coin and Litecoin but I didn't, I think they are both better and have done well this year more than ETH and Stellar coin.

In my opinion it's better to hold Bitcoin and Ethereum and don't be influenced by other coins. BTC and ETH are the best investments. BTC first most valuable coins and ETH second valuable coins. if you have spare funds, it's better to buy BTC and ETH again than other coins. Don't take risks by investing in projects or coins with unclear futures.
Yes if you have a small amount of money or budget now try to invest it in eth and bitcoin or if even in bitcoin only, bitcoin itself is a good investment for long term. if you have a small capital then I think you can invest in altcoin which has a value that is still cheap but has very good potential to be able to benefit from rising prices and make sure you understand everything requires a process that means you have to be able to apply the long term to be able to get a lot of profit on EOS and LINK which in my opinion still have good potential with little investment capital.

crypto investment currently is not in good shape. only if you cant take the risk and gamble with your little fund. i suggest you shield and hold your little bags and hope for a better outcome in this market. you might try other option like staking or the lending projects organized by exchanges. this is the only sure ways investing your funds but never expect a huge returns.
