Sorry again English is not my first language, I have downloaded the client, that's ok and I have and Id NxT number I have to email to UtapianF, but he will send me a token...I need to understand as I dont want to do something I dont want...when he send me the token...can I exchange today that token for next coins, please explain this, just not only one sentence.
If you have the client, you will see "Asset Exchange" on the left bar. The tokens (or "asset") can be bought and sold there.
1 token = 1 million Nem
so you shouldn't be selling cheap

Hey, just create an account and try it out (on other assets). You'll see its as easy as on any other conventional exchange. I can send you shares so you can experimenting with it.
If I go ahead with this..for how many next should I sell my NEM stake?

Could some nxt enthusiast inform new users about securing the nxt wallet.
Is there a checksum for the client download ? might of helped at the beginning with nxt
Do you need to have the wallet funded for full security ?
How do they get 2 coins rar rar rar.

Starting coins - To get 1st coins there might be some fountains left, but probably You'll need to buy a few NXT.
Security- To get full security You just need to send an outgoing transaction from your wallet.
Password - Make it as long and as complicated as you can stand.

Having tokens is optional. The difference is that tokens can be traded on the NXT AE and you don't need your Bitcointalk no more if you have tokens.

You can trade them for NXT. You'll need a NXT account to receive and trade the tokens. Read here more about the asset exchange: http://www.thenxtwiki.org/wiki/Asset_Exchange
If you're interested in having NEM as a token I would suggest just to try out NXT and play a little around with it to get comfortable with it. It's really very easy but NXT is not a bitcoin clone so the wallet works and looks different which is probably the reason why people fear NXT a little.

btw. If you sell your token and you don't like having NXT you can of course sell them on a conventional exchange like Bter.com or so.

i think the Nxt Asset Exchange makes a good job for a really good distribution... in a few weeks we are more than 3000 Stakeholders.
