I think bitcoin is going to remain bullish for quite some time and a $10,000 pricetag per btc isn't farfetched at all.
Short-term this will decimate the alt market but, just as what occurred last year, it's a temporary thing.
I believe BTC is seeing a huge influx of fresh new money and investment, this is extremely good news not just for BTC holders but any cryptocurrency investment. I think the floodgates are finally opening and sooner or later, the Alt market will catch up -- just as it did before. It's not a question of if, just when.
This is probably going to be the last opportunity to bolster up on your Alt positions before they play catch up. Keep away from the shitcoins though like Doge or other clone useless crypto with no future.

A statistics about the collected coins would be great. I couldn't find anything. I believe Comsa will turn into a really great solution because ICO are still on the very beginning. It is a much better method for startups and companies for getting money as conducting an IPO and fighting for venture capital.
I know several projects that used NEM. This is Ecobit, but I do not know the results of sales.
As well as COMSA, they will use the NEM blockchin for ICO on COMSA platform, but they collect ETH during their own ICO, as I know. This ICO will end tommorow.

Is somebody manipulating the price to get cheap XEM before Catapult will be released?

its only because BTC is taking a pump because people want free coins after the segwit fork this month.
All alts are bleeding out because of this, we have started to recover in price anyways.
I think it is not only because of the free coins of the Segwit fork it is also about the good news about Bitcoin in general. There are rumors Amazon is going to accept Bitcoin sometime in the future, the CME is creating a future contract for Bitcoin and more and more hedge funds entering the Bitcoin market. I think the price will dump slightly after the fork but it will not crash as many except.
since the XEM/BTC value is lower, as with every alt, if BTC tanks after the fork( it might not) an actual short drop in USD/XEM is sure possible. But it´s not important for the longterm success and price growth
