Hi,

thanks for the latest update!

the ccminerdumax with x16r feels exclusive but gives me headache because of the occurring memory access violations i get on the way.
i know this is my fault - i run 1070 ti`s with mild oc and i set a big page file size.
any recommendation about the itensity setting ( -i 10 got me terrible squealing noises again e.g. )

regarding the recent equihash story https://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/Ende-der-Grafikkarten-Aera-8000-ASIC-Miner-fuer-Zcash-Bitcoin-Gold-Co-4091821.html
you probably already know.. but if not its worth a translate an read ( hope the author is partially wrong with this )

meanwhile i hope that the "upcoming" 200k breach wont last long..

sorry for the off topic - please help me out if you have some time.

regards

Bminer is reporting hashrate wrong for profit calculations in new 3.2 version

how to correct?

no its not...  Bminer has been well tested in v3.2 its reporting correct hashrate
I have same problem. Speed must be 453.4 H/s

Hi, i have this kind of problem too at miningpoolhub with algo lyra2v2, i m earning 2000$ with 2 1070 gpus, same for using equihash algo.

And miningpoolhub is not showing me my dayli earnings and show me 0 balance.

Bminer doesn't work at all with equihash + zpool.
Because Bminer can't start - you use aditional param ",c=BTC" in password for zpool*.ps1. Comma make error - Bminer nor supports it .
Temporary solution - to use RFC 1738 (code for comma) in zpool*.ps1
Bminer works, but zpool not shows "c=BTC" in "Extra" colum unfortunetly.

Profit predictions for x16r and x16s.

The X16R hashing algorithm consists of 16 hashing algorithms operating in the chain
fashion with the ordering dependent on the last 8 bytes (16 nibbles) of the hash of the
previous block.

I have two suggestions. At this stage, the combination of x16r and x16s is just too much to use an average over time for the 16r and x16s. the variance on profit is huge making switching unreliable.

As the last block determines the next sequence it should be theoretically possible for NEMOSMINER to monitor the miner and get an updated hashrate shortly after a change. Thus recalculate the profitability.

The problem is if minerx16 is not running. Then NEMOSMINER will not be sure what the new profitability will be except if it runs the miner again. Which would not be beneficial given the frequency of the changes in blocks. Another method would be to benchmark each of the 16 algorithms then it should theoretically be possible for NEMOSMINER predict what the new hash rates would be for that combination of algorithms. This might have a lower error than averaging.

only x16r has that problem for benchmarks not x16s...
if you are un happy with your x16r benchmark go into "Stats" folder delete ccminerx16r_X16R_HashRate.txt   then re run.. or you can edit ccminerx16r_X16R_HashRate.txt and change hashrate to what ever you feel is correct.

If you have Windows 7, 8, or 8.1, please update PowerShell:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50395

CCMiner may need 'MSVCR120.dll' if you don't already have it:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784

CCMiner may need 'VCRUNTIME140.DLL' if you don't already have it:

running multiple cards its recommended to increase Virtual Memory 64gb is optimal

Requires Geforce driver newer than 397.44 (398.11 recommended)

Made For & Tested with 8x10603gb 6x1070 6x1070ti 6x1080ti (users have reported up to 12cards working have not tested myself) Some miners do not support more that 9cards

"Nist5, and skein algo estimates are changed to mBTC/GH/day instead of mBTC/MH/day. Update miner software accordingly or use API/status parameter to reflect on multiplier" Zergpool

how to update?

wanna know how to update too

Go into "zergpool.ps1" and add : "skein" {$Divisor *= 1000}

If Nist5 has changed as well add it too in the same way.

you don't have to do anything update to v3.2 : uses the divisor now provided by the API (Ahashpool,Blazepool,Blockmasters,HashRefinery,Zergpool,Zpool)

Needs some advice.

I am using zergpool with nemosminer with 66 1070's
I see that I mainly mine x16r,x16s,Neoscrypt,HSR,Lyra2r2 and Lyra2z
when I used Nicehash I almost only mined Lyra2r2 and Neoscrypt.

should I remove the other algorithms(short spikes on xevan, myr-gr, phi,skein,skunk,keccakc,allium,yescryptR16)? As they do kick in now and again but I am not so sure it is worth the interruption when switching.

Any chance to add a comment line or something to the miner's file that we can see where exactly it is coming from?

That would help to check if there are newer versions of the miners available! Otherwise it's hard to guess where ccminerx15 or spmod-etc are coming from.

Could you also update Raven Miner to version 3.1?

https://github.com/RavencoinProject/RavencoinMiner/releases

Thanks!

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
GTX 1180 - Release Date, Specs & Price

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBbyACygmAs

start saving... 5 weeks to go...

I'm not able to visit YouTube from the PC I'm am on at the moment, but I'm pretty sure this video is not official, and isntead is a supposed "leak"?
Maybe those spreading these rumors are people who want to buy cheap cards, probably for gaming, or they just want to troll miners who will hurry and sell their cards in low prices.

I'll trust Huang (Nvidia's CEO) more than unnamed rumors. The only thing that I can see comming on July is an announcement of the true 1180 specs and its real release date.

ccminerx16r-x16s

Shame those just cause errors and reboots on 6*1080ti rigs
something about memory, before ccminer throws a wobbly, and if not manually terminated will crash sys

Tried latest, and then master, same issue.

Works fine when those are deleted from the list.

Leave core below +100 overclock and depending on the cards 75 or 50, i have 3 different brands of 1080ti and whenever i set clock more than 100, they crash.

another tip is to bump your computer's virtual memory up, i was having the same issue until I bumped it up

This happening to me too
I agree. Try bumping up your virtual memory to 64. I been running it for 24 hours now. So far so good.
