I just wanted to bring this back to the top again, as I had a friend (who also lost a lot of BTC in the Neo & Bee fiasco) contact me with the idea of reaching out to various podcasts to urge them to make an episode/series about Danny Brewster and his escapades. We thought it would make for great listening, and at the very least put Danny Brewster's exploits into the public consciousness.

I wondered if there would be many people on here that bought Neo & Bee share with BTC, or had any other experience with Danny that would be willing to talk about their experience (potentially anonymously) to help contribute to this?

Surprised this has not been mentioned yet...

Danny's new scam or a genuine attempt to start afresh and make it up to NeoBee investors?  You decide. Smiley

Brewster has pledged to take profits from his new venture at FastBitcoins.com to help make all Neo & Bee investors whole. Brewster says around 20 percent of outstanding Neo & Bee tokens have been settled one way or another, and two of those former Neo & Bee investors are now shareholders in Brewster's new company.

Danny, what's up with neodisrupt.com?
When can we see some results concerning our NeoBee shares?

Danny, are you no more involved in your project for compensation of your token holders?

What was the result? I also had a lot of shares there.

I was able to create an account on the new site, neodisrupt.com, using the same e-mail address as I had on record with the LMB platform.

My holdings were immediately credited. It seems like he is using a very recent ledger before the shutdown.

Havelock holdings seem to be in a trickier situation, I don't know much about those.

I had shares on the LMB internal platform when the shit went down. The shares were not on the Havelock exchange.

Where may I acquire more info on these latest developments?

You can contact Danny on Twitter. He seems to be quite active there.
Twitter @btcDanny

Thanks, managed to get registered on the new site. Is there any solid stuff on his claims of legal cases? He's said he would be publishing something about the current situation but AFAICT this is till unavailable.

Feel free to PM me if you have any color on this.

I post mostly on the management platform and on Reddit when questions get asked on there, I almost always respond on Twitter within a day or so if I get inboxed there.

I'm also on working getting BtheBank ready whilst waiting for any meaningful progress worth mentioning.

The maximum redemption value will be limited to 0.0035 bitcoins per token.

Way back when I started the project, I made an agreement that I would share that amount with those that backed the project before taking anything myself so thought it to be an amount to set as the limit to get people back what they had already written off a long time ago. It is going to take time to build towards that figure, however as people exit their positions earlier as the redemption pool grows it will accelerate the whole process.

can you buy partial orders

The simple answer is no, the site only acts as an escrow agent between two people that want to trade, the escrow completes and sends the coins to the selling party once confirmed on the Bitcoin network. I didn't want to take the time to start a stock exchange, it is a path I really don't want to tread tbh.

havelock wont confirm their share counts, so that number of shares wont be included in the calculations/cant be redeemed.

They didn't and it was something I wanted to avoid, Havelock totals are taken from the final balances when trading of the NEOBEE ticker was officially halted. The whole NEOBEEQ thing was Havelocks own doing, I have my own ideas as to why they will not provide the data, however I have first hand experience as to how speculation without any evidence can get out of hand online, so going to refrain.

I don't frequent this forum much at all, if you want to contact me you can reach me on the NEOBEE site through the support ticketing system or on Twitter @btcDanny

In the NEOBEE portal is says that under the new terms and conditions "4.1 Redemption Limitations
The maximum redemption value will be limited to 0.0035 bitcoins per token."

it doesn't say when a final amount will be worked out or when you will be able to redeem for this. But I think i'll wait and see the offer from NEOBEE rather than the low ball trades.

They've also recently opened trading of redemption tokens on their own platform. There currently sell offers at 0.00005000/share, 1/70th of maximum possible redemption price.

can you buy partial orders, or do you have to buy the entire order in one go? i actually would pick up a few more shares of this; its a long shot but  at those prices, i feel like its much better odds than a lottery ticket, with a much higher rate of return on a "win". im of the mind that this might take a while, but I dont really see a reason for him to return if he isnt serious about actually making good on this. hes opened himself up to additional liability but undertaking this next step. we will see, however.

NeoBee Token Redemption

Hi, you may not be aware that there is now a redemption portal available for your NEOBEE tokens that you acquired in 2013/2014.

You can find more information and keep up to speed with the latest information on Reddit through /r/neobee and the token management website listed below.https://neobee.neodisrupt.com

I received this 3 days ago. Is this for real?

seems to be, at least so far. as I was saying in another thread, he didnt really have an incentive to come back; everybody had pretty much written this off at this point. apparently they recovered some funds, or are able to liquidate some assets soon. he said, via reddit, that he would release more information in the upcoming weeks. i say, let the man cook. if we get anything at this point, it was more than anybody expected.

the havelock guys are fucked, I hear. i apparently sold all my neobee on havelock before the shit hit the fan; it was why i had shares on the lmb platform when it all shut down. but havelock wont confirm their share counts, so that number of shares wont be included in the calculations/cant be redeemed. i fortunately avoided holding neobeeq, the derivative asset.

but to answer your question, the redemption portal seems legit. we will see what happens Wink
