So if anyone has an archive or copy of the lmb holdings website when it was first passed around, there was a huge bio danny brewster wrote about himself, he pretty much wrote his life story, listing every job he had, references, info about his wife, family, etc.. it would probably be helpful in tracking him down if an archive exists somewhere.

Doesn't matter to the SEC. Look what happened to Liberty Reserve. They were based in Costa Rica and torn apart by the US Govt.
According to WIkipedia, Liberty Reserve was charged with crimes that (in the USG view at least) were far more serious than being an unregulated stock exchange.  The USG may have extrapolated his jurisdiction in some points, but the business was hardly innocent.  in any case the SEC does not seem to have been involved.

Bitfunder attempted to stop doing business with US residents and citizens in order to protect themselves but that wasn't enough. The SEC will shut down any unlicensed security exchange. It's just a matter of time.
From a quick reading of posts in this forum and other sources, I would think that the SEC got them to stop marketing to US persons, yes; but the final collapse was not by direct action of the SEC, although the loss of US clients may have caused it.  Moreover it seems that there is some obscure aspects about Bitfunder's collapse -- Danny Brewster got involved with Ukyo at some point, and someone is suing him, it seems https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitfunder-moving-forwardresolution-process-348468

I'm really surprised Havelock hasn't been shut down by the SEC already. BTCT and Bitfunder have both been shut down. Why is Havelock still around?
They are an investment company based and registered in Panama.  The (U.S.) Securities and Exchanges Commission  may perhaps "take an interest" in them if they sell to American citizens/residents, but oterwise it should have no jurisdiction over them.

I have been sitting on this information for quite a while now, but I was hoping that something would happen to the case. But, nothing has happened and I am therefore posting the personal information of NEOBEE CEO Danny Brewster for everyone to access.

FULL NAME: Danny James Brewster
YEAR OF BIRTH: 1986
The age seems to match (N&B's CEO  was said to be 27 in news articles).  However one must be careful, there are several "Daniel Brewster"s in the UK.

I wonder whether the Cyprus police has done anything (via Interpol or other) to extend the arrest warrant to the UK.

if they sell to American citizens/residents,
Which of course, they do.
Is that confirmed? (I don't know about Havelock, but I have seen mentioned in this forum that at least one bitcoin company out there turns down investments from Americans, apparently for that reason.)

Their relationship to Neobee is very suspect.

The investors i work with feel they may be able to salvage the company in the interest of bit coin, all this info is much appreciated and will be given to the lawyer. I hv tried just to find a contact email for DB but nothing comes up anywhere. What about a past employee close to him?

I know I'm going far with this, but has crossed anyone's mind a possible identity theft of the late Danny?

(There is also a young welding technician called Danny Brewster, originating from the same general area of the UK, who died in Cyprus in obscure circumstances during a visit to a friend there, a few years ago.  But it is only a coincidence, apparently.)
At this point, that seems worth investigating.  However, my recollection is that the history of the other Danny Brewster (of those UK companies and the Lincolnshire Future Festival) and of the deceased welder overlap in time.  If this is true, then they are probably two separate persons.

I am still curious about the "Ramluda Antonictivius" that Danny Brewster named as the new owner of the festival company.  I fancy that he is "Romualdas Antonovicius", pparently a young Lithuanian immigrant to the UK (see my posts earlier on this thread).

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6554443

I will not be surprised if it turns out that Mr. Antonovicius left England long ago, and/or did not know anything about the Festival.  But he may have crossed Mr. Brewster's path around that time, he may know more about his past, and, maybe, maybe, he could offer some hints about his current whereabouts.

Whats Dannys real name? is it really Daniel Brewster or what?
I hv investors who want to buy the business how do i get hold of him?
He seems to have used "Daniel (James) Brewster" or "Danny (James) Brewster" in his previous ventures:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.6503255

There is a possibility that those people are not the same as Neo & Bee's CEO, but I have seen many posts here that seem pretty consistent with that identification, and none that contradicts it.  Unfortunately, neither his investors nor his close collaborators seemed interested in his UK background before he ran away from N&B (or even after that).

I do not know the current legal status of N&B (in liquidation, forced by creditors?), but doubt that it can be purchased.  Its net worth is probably negative (i.e. it probably owes more money than its total assets are worth).  They did not have a real business plan, they did not get a license to operate as a bank, and had no prospect of getting one.  Their workers all quit without the last mont's pay.  The upper staff and its chief supporters, embarassed as hell, have posted apologies to /r/bitcoin.  And the brand has become a bad joke in Cyprus.

Those investors you mention apparently do not know anything about the company they want to buy.  Who is advising them?
