I have bought and I own some NEO coins. So, you can make conclusions what I would answer to this question. That being said, NEO doesn’t make a big part in my crypto portfolio. There are several reasons why it has lots of potential but I still believe that Ethereum will be a winner in the future of those two coins.
I think that it is not impossible to buy. neo is among the ten best coins. it seems that neo is the best option for purchase
NEO will make its success in the long term experts take a positive view of the currency’s future, although there are some concerns about its vulnerability. Thus, I always watch it to invest in time!
Neo is, in my opinion, a solid platform that will be mass adopted in China, perhaps even with a bit of a monopoly there, and will be a long term investment for me. I'm going to continue buying it when I can, and when the market is right, aka buy the dips.
As I know, there are lots of interesting future prospects is coming and I expect that NEO will significantly increase in value this year and beyond as adoption increases. 
NEO's value is increasing. It is definitely crazy, but this doesn’t mean trends will continue. I won’t recommend investing large sum of money on it because in general Crypto market is very volatile and risky. If you are after big wins I’d say check out for popular coins which are still in low price such as iota, stellar, etc.
In this coin , there are many advantages , of course a number of disadvantages, even the fact that it is a centralized coin, but still a wide range of functionality and great opportunities for the use of NEO give confidence that you need to buy this coin.
NEO is worth buying just for the reason that it is very little worth having a great demand in the market in China. They say that by the end of the year it can rise in price by 4-5 times. And it is one of the most promising coins in the world cryptocurrency market.
I like Neo for most of its characteristics. It has the smart contract and friendly programming language. It has a large community. ... However, there is a point I do not like it.
