I had this issue a month ago and i fixed it by REBUILD INDEX click on it and allow upto 30 minutes depending on your internet speed .

Thanks, that worked. It took a while for the wallet to update but it's working again.
Did a NeoGas claim again and it confirmed within a minute.

Is the Morpheus Wallet the one that can also be used for the RPX ICO? There was just mentioned you need to use a special wallet, which was not yet released.

Ah! Missed that, did not know Poloniex had started trading GAS, but not NEO - Odd.
Binance not only trades both NEO & GAS but NEO held in Binance will generate GAS for the holder, unlike Bittrex who keep the GAS.
