Neo is one of the most stable crypto-currencies with a straight up trend. Good chances to overtake the capitalization of ripple in end of the year

Looks like NEO is where Ethereum back when its hovering in 30's and 40's. Ethereum was sitting at 40-50s for weeks waiting for the product and they delivered resulted Ethereum to moon. I think this is same position NEO is in right now.

NEO soon 150$  with released new innovative tech behind?

Personally I find the risk of using the private key too great and would never risk it except in case wallet recovery is required. I instead only use the desktop wallet as the desktop wallet has far better security. Then again, I do not even keep my .db3 file on my computer as added security measure. There are other NEO holders who find using various private key wallets the greatest thing ever. The private key wallets are very fast and some make it much easier to claim GAS. I suppose it all depends on how much you value security.

This has been answered at the NEO Reddit on various occasions. If you have serious questions, you should ask them at the NEO Reddit as the NEO developers are there every day (but not this forum) and I can assure you that they will refute your statements. They do not primarily use Github. The NEO core developers do not create wallets and dAPPs. You obviously have not even bothered to read the recent AMA (Ask Me Anything) with the NEO founders. The non-core developers such as the City of Zion developer group creates wallets and are in fact busy porting Ethereum dApps to NEO. The City of Zion developers group also posts weekly updates and are in regular contact with the core developers. If you want to see what they are up to or have serious questions, you would be better of joining the NEO Slack channel, but you likely will not as your screen name seems to indicate you have another agenda.

I believe that the Neo web wallet does not have that functionality at the moment (but I might be mistaken), but GAS should still be accumulating from what I understand. You can of course try another wallet such as the Neon wallet of City of Zion (tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZWZFiixYfnM&feature=youtu.be ) or any of the other wallets listed at the NEO Reddit on the right hand side.

Is opening my wallet with my private key on neotracker.io is really safe ?!?!

I'm still confused.
On the asset-tab, I can see NeoGAS +0(11.12345)
On the  account tab, I can see the NEO I'm holding. Next to it I see the NeoGAS I'm holding and the amount is zero (0). Am I supposed to do something to claim the actual GAS to my wallet account or...?
Also I'm unable to transfer GAS

It seems like the same questions keep getting asked over and over again. I dont understand how people can invest in something without reading the answers on the official website first.

I selected "rebuld index" and the GAS appeared magically back into the NEO wallet.

Not at the moment you can't.  Bittrex don't currently award gas.  The tweet says they are considering it. Leave it in an offline wallet if you want GAS at the moment.

may I ask how much GAS will we receive per NEO?
i don't know we can receive GAS through it as far as i know its was ANC that we can get using the ANS, thing had been changed very much since it turned NEO.


so if i deposit my ANS to bittrex they award me my GAS after? i don't want to go all the troubles configuring which i might just mess things up.

can we send NEOs (from Bittrex) to a light wallet  (to not have to download and store big blockchain data) , but still receive GAS ?

is it possible to claim directly in the neo web wallet?. I see the unclaimed gas balance but if i press the claim button, nothing happens. Does ist take some time ?

Something very strange just happened. I opened my NEO-wallet and all my GAS is gone. All my NEO are still there. This doesn't make any sense. All I've done recently is that I've sent some NEO to an exchange.

The GAS is being constantly generated when allocated to a certain wallet, but to claim it you basically need to interrupt that GAS generation cycle which you can do by sending your NEO (most of the time this means all your NEO) from your public wallet address to your public address. So you basically send your NEO to yourself. This does not cost anything, but when you have done so your GAS will be available to be claimed (or in certain instances) it is added automatically to your balance total. If I am not mistaken the Neon Light Wallet has the ability to claim it with the press of a button. Personally I only claim the GAS when I would want to use it for something. Generated GAS (whether claimed or unclaimed) cannot ever expire and it is being generated just as quickly regardless of whether it is claimed often or not.

I believe you can claim any amount of GAS as long as it shows up. There is however not much of a point in claiming minute amounts of GAS in my opinion.

Would you have any reference for bittrex awarding GAS to NEO holders? Any link please? Or is it just speculation?
One more question. What is the minimum amount of GAS which can be claimed?

No, with Decred, you need stake by buying tickets which vote on average in 30 days. Plus decred awards more decred, while NEO awards GAS.  With Neo, you simply need to hold it in your wallet though a few exchanges now award GAS (bittrex soon likely)
