I prefer ethereum compared to neo. Because ethereum has greater potential than neo. The popularity of ethereum is also very great. I'm not mocking neo, but ethereum is still above neo. Investing in ethereum for the long term I think is more promising.

I think Ethereum best than Neo, I invest my money on Ethereum, because many of altcoins that use the Ethereum as a platform. It's why i believe in Ethereum.
NEO I think is very good and has great potential in the future I am sure armed with advanced technology I am sure NEO will continue to grow and become bigger in the future but I think to beat Ethereum NEO have to work hard first because now Ethereum already has trust from many people.
I think ethereum is more strong than NEO because in this bearish market price of NEO been going down too far from top price, the highest price is around $190 but now the price $30, that mean the price dropped more than 1/6 , but ETH only going down 1/3 . NEO can be become the next ETH because the project supported by strong community and also by Chinese government .

NEO has a good quality so called would potentially defeat Ethereum but I think it's very difficult because Ethereum already has a lot of trust from so many people so I think for now Ethereum is still the strongest.

Among all the crypto-currencies, the main reason for the rise and fall is competition. It is possible that the Neo purse can compete with the ETH, because of the cheapness of use, I think companies will quietly switch to the Chinese market, but 200-300 $ is hard cap Neo.
Choose both of them are the best option and dividing your money also a strategy to reduce the risk. Both of them are good though it won't affect that much.

The big draw for NEO is that it is a platform blockchain that is Chinese which means if China were to soften their stance on Bitcoin and ICOs, NEO is in line to get the thumbs up from the government and then NEO holders could expect to see their moon dreams materialize. Currently, it is faster and more scalable than Ethereum but I don’t believe it is fully decentralized in a strict sense yet as they have not reached a point where they can turn over control to the network from their central nodes yet (and please correct me if I’ve misspoken or used inaccurate terms). I am a NEO holder and do expect it to get to the $1000 ballpark in 5yrs but hopefully sooner.
