I think, that you need to choose Eth, because Eth is more famous than NEO and improve their technology in the best way.
I still believe in ETH more than NEO. But NEO is one of those altcoins that will thrive in the future.

ETH is the most reasonable investment at the moment when NEO does not make much impression. ETH is just behind Bitcoin on coinmarketcap so future ETH investments will be much better than NEO.

I disagree. Only bitcoin can beat ETH and NEO will never replace Ethereum. The recovering price of ETH says a lot about the coins ability to appreciate its value in a short amount of time. A lot of people are going to have a fat wallet once ETH recovers its price. NEO's price increase might be a result of price pump from big investors. It can happen again but I will still prefer ETH or BTC than NEO.
They can't push NEO price up by regulating and restricting ETH, I prefer ETH than NEO
