What I find funny about that link is there is this one for less than half of that one. Not sure why there is 2 different prices for the same machine is beyond me..

A3 is sold out. My boss was about to buy one over the weekend but they are all sold out. Wonder how long it's going to be till the next batch... Anyone have ideas/opinions on timeline between batches?

As you can see they are negative values. I had 3 of these negative value transactions, one little over 2 weeks ago and 2 today.

Any idea what they are as I've got no clue.

If the Sia Dev team eventually decided to ban A3  with a hard fork then the price of the SC would drop like a rock. It would be an indication that the Sia is totally a centralized coin and the Dev team is afraid of competition.

Because prices of crypto is declining for weeks and the gold rush mentality is kinda gone. I like it, but after I read up on A3 with Obeliscs coming I would not touch them for that price. Ok I cant access the website most of the time anyway so it's more the "I don't sit in front of the computer and be frustrated reason"

but still, after the D3 and with hard forks lurking around that could ban A3 from the network people became a bit wiser I guess

It is kind of scaring me that the March batch of Antminer A3's are not sold out yet.  Why are people not buying these when the Return on the Investment is soo much higher than any of the other miners being sold.  Using the mining calculator you supposedly can be in profit after 30 days or less.  I hope when the March orders come in that will still be the case or at least somewhere close to that vicinity.  I guess we will see.

Seems Bitmain is just willing to get rid of it's miners on stock.  I got a few $200 coupons,  but last miners which i purchased were in September.

So the coupons are clearly being dulled out for the Qty of miners purchased in the last 12 months. With them expiring June 1 2018. I would expect Bitmain to announce more efficient equipment shortly after.

with the stuff that is gonna hit in march/april for L3+'s that ain't gonna happen..and with the A3's that ain't gonna happen either when obelisk networks hit ..again for 1st batch A3's I'll give you that like first batch D3's...they have/will likely roi...but as to the A3 it is still gonna be toaster city with bitmain and as such will be like x11 coin prices...only all concentrated on 1 coin..

but myself, you are ONLY going to be correct, IF in the case of L3+'s and LTC goes to 300 usd...at that piont, IMHO, you will make what I make now on an L3...which will not ROI

with the stuff bitmian has for scrypt-pow hitting the world....at 400 LTC you will be correct and golden..this with scrypt-pow to hit the world in march/april

but this is not the kinda hope you plan for on 12-14 month ROI...and also remember in the past on sudden price hikes bitmain cancels your order and mines your equipment and

says firmware error and either holds or you re-order later after they mine for 6-8 weeks (or by the time you get the stuff)....(2x that has happened in the past on their scrypt-pow miners)

It is to my advantage that YOU are correct....in that I have equipment...it is NOT to my advantage to plan on under 12-14 month ROI with the above AND  the hope of a price pump

on LTC to boot..and of that they don't pop out A3's like they did D3's like toasters....and do you really think they are NOT going to announce in about may/june better equip for aug/sept?

anyway, how I come to my conclusions...we will see after april with the diff rise for scrypt-pow and such who is correct....but the odds from bitmain's past behavior imho

is not good for ROI planning AT THIS POINT IN TIME WITH THIS GENERATION OF EQUIPMENT...to figure on 12-14 months ROI as a given....especially not 6-8 months...

it is just not HOW bitmain rolls, there is always another shoe to fall with these guys...

Stop spreading FUD, searing. You’re giving out biased information and  what you’re saying about the A3s breakeven is simply wrong. You can breakeven with antminers L3s and A3s in under 6-7 months...

You can use ONE coupon PER miner (not sure if it counts for an A3 or not)

So...

you can get $200 bucks off 15 more L3+'s say and 5 more L3+'s at 100 bucks...


I myself have TWO $120 buck coupons from my 'dubious' TWO Bitmain D3 x11 miners.....I am planning on sitting on them (maybe forever) unless

bitmain releases some miners of 'any flavor' that makes more sense to get then HODL'ing crypto.

Damn hard, to get a Bitmain Miner of any flavor, looking at a 12-14 month ROI...if as you do such...say Nov/Dec 2017....Bitmain simply does not SHIP any units and mines
themselves....allowing all miners to pile up for march/april...

like when LTC went from  4.15 to 50 bucks and I could not get my miners last summer (L3+'s) for 6 weeks due to firmware upgrades (firmware arrived with Jan firmware dates)

Not a fan of Bitmain, as it changes the rules like from Jan to March 2018 ..hoards and runs miners..then releases them March/April

I received 6 $140 dollar ones that expire Aug 1st a week ago for some L3s Batch 3. Apparently they dropped the price.

Then 3 days ago I used 3 of these coupons on 3 A3 miners since they were available in my cart during checkout. Now I have 22 $100 coupons expire June 1st.

Are you sure? I did not get any for the A3. I got 5 $100 on the 5 L3+ and 15 $200 on the 15 D3 on top of the original 15 $125

I got it for the first batch of A3.

Did you get it for the purchase of A3 miner from the first batch, or from the second batch?  
 (Some time ago I got $125 coupon for D3 purchase)
