Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for casinos to use the option to walk customers through a KYC procedure more often. This obviously leads to great frustration for some players, but most will understand. Ultimately, the end result, getting paid, is what matters most. You have been asked for KYC, is it because your withdrawal is big amount or KYC is indeed mandatory at rocketpot?
It would be nice if you can share the reasons (if they told you) why do you need for several days (probably more than a week) for your withdrawal.
Anyway, hopefully you'll get your money as promised.

i receive the same message when i contact the support telling that they received the documents and in 72 hours i get my account verified!!!

Do you think that is a good thing when a customer asks for them to resolve an issue and they do not but when/if a third party intervenes they decide to resolve it? Though I am happy you had your issue resolved it does not exactly give an atmosphere of confidence about Rocketpot when they fail to address customer concerns directly and swiftly.

They resolved my issue amicably.  Possibly with influence from @efialtis, I’m not certain about that part.  Just know it was resolved and all is well now. Thank you. 

This world works like that! Smiley You can't do anything without good connections! Simply, you need to know those few people who can get things done! A few times I got help from this forum... after speaking with the support (for days in some cases) nothing happened, when I shared my problem here, they got more interested and the problem was solved in hours!

Well, support sucks in many casinos! Many times I wonder how they find those ignorant people!?  And they get paid to "not help", they are paid to annoy us! Smiley Of course, it's not always like that... sometimes when it's something simple they can solve the problem quickly!

I do not get why people think that just because there was one problem that has to mean that rocketpot is not a safe place to gamble. I am not saying what happened is not a bad thing, of course if a customer has a problem that is a bad thing and rocketpot should try to fix that as soon as possible and as we have seen from here, we know that they are trying to fix it as well, that is not the point.

However acting like just because one customer had a problem that should mean that all customers will have a problem, or just because one customer couldn't withdraw would mean nobody will be able to withdraw is really not a fair movement against rocketpot.

I have absolutely no affiliation with rocketpot aside from being a customer time to time, hell I have to say this is not even the place I wagered the most, but I certainly do not think they are a bad place just because one customer had a problem neither.

Yes but I also had problems.  Actually numerous problems. The other one I have yet to discuss is far more serious than the one I have included in this thread.  The problem is that it is also far more lengthy and complex and I’m already mentally worn down from this situation, but seeing now that they have had some other problems as well - this seems about par for the course based on my experience.

Even though I am obviously not a Rocketpot employee, you are more than welcome to share this with me via PM since I would definitely be interested to learn what happened and I am also sure we will find a solution. This is just an "offer".

Not content to be honest, no. I do not have a good impression of their website. Their customer services is shambolic so I hope for their own brand name sake they start improving things fast.

Having a look at the website it is clear there is potential but they effectively failed at the Crash game otherwise it would never have been removed so if they have a plan going forward then good for them. I will probably pop back in to this thread to see what updates or announcement they make.


It is the second time I read a post where you mentioned you were positive about their future plans. Are you in a position to elaborate?

The guy I am in contact with told me about their status quo, their future plans and I am actually very positive about it.

What I just wrote - nothing further to elaborate - they have a quality website with quality game providers, no negative player complaints and one of their people in charge made a good impression - it`s as simple as that and I hope you are content now. Smiley

I am happy that this was finally sorted out and you received your cash. I had a chat with someone in charge because I originally always liked the site and when I finally got in touch with that person on Telegram, they looked into it more deeply and it turned out there was some "bug", which didn`t affect "regular" users - sure, this could have been handled much quicker but I am glad this has now been solved.

congratulations because you didn't lose your funds...
btw, I like rocketpot but haven't played there for a long time, it looks like rocketpot has to do marketing by giving bonuses or holding events consistently. hopefully in the future rocketpot can be bigger than now.

What kind of error are you getting? We have airdropped the legacy investment balance to your game balance back when you first reported the issue. Can you try go to the withdrawal menu and try and make the withdrawal?

You can also PM me screenshots of any issue you are facing.
