Unfortunately, I wish to visit to check my account and see what's going on there because lately, I have been receiving password reset emails that I didn't request. Also, it has been years since I last used a VPN.
I have the same case. It seems that our internet provider has blocked the access of this casino. Also I think that there are a standing scam accusation against this casino that is still standing, there's no update from the scam accusatory. I don't have any accounts on this casino but I guess a hacker is trying to hack your account. It's also happening on some of my casino casino accounts that I'm not using. Try to use a different ISP and clear out your funds if you have them in your account. It's important to not leave any amount in a casino especially if you are not planning to use it anymore.

I have always advocated caution when dealing with Rocketpot because of the manner in which the owner/operator was conducting himself. It was not that long ago when

I am not not saying Rocketpot is an out-and-out scam or has even scammed in the past but I have to say all the foundations are in place (as are with almost every other similar websites) for them to exit scam is they so chose to. I mentioned before a long time ago in one of my posts that Rocketpot has the potential to be a mainstream website in the crypto community because the layout is easy on the eye, it is user friendly and has a variety to choose from. None of these things make it better than competitors by default but the owner/operator worked hard on the layout and deserves credit.

I do not know why the crash game was removed, maybe he simply wanted to remove the bankroll because it was not as successful as he had hoped and did not want the responsibility and opted to concentrate on the affiliate/3rd party games instead but if he carries out a strategic marketing campaign there is so much potential there to exploit.

I hope Rocketpot resolves the situation as mentioned in the $170,000 scam allegation and then tries to maximise the benefits that the Rocketpot website can bring him. There is always more than a chance that Rocketpot is effectively insolvent therefore cannot pay the winnings. We will see how this plays out in the coming days.

They are going to pay that if they are really a good site, unfortunately they might not pay it anymore since that’s a huge money and it’s been days now yet they don’t have any response here. The victim is trying to contact them, he has the legal accusation against this site we should be more careful on this site if you are still planning to gamble here. Stay cautious and always have your proof if ever you experienced the same problem on any site. This is a huge red flag!

Sorry, I didn't read all the comments on the last 27 pages so can you tell me who is their representative here? I don't think OP is their official representative. Besides, that account hasn't been active for a long time, so, it doesn't matter much.

Actually this looks like a scam, if this problem is not solved it may casino’s reputation is at stake if a representative doesn't regularly post in these forum. It can be like playing a rigged game with no chance of winning - and that's exactly what happens when there are no active forum representatives.

There's a lesson here and that's to have a second thought about playing in a casino with a thread here but not active anymore, if there's an issue you will have no one here to address here if they are really that serious about their reputation they should go back here and address these issues but unfortunately, they don't want to, I will be happy for the complainant if he receives what he deserves.
The amount is just too huge it's like winning in a lottery and he deserves it, it just happened that he won it in a bad casino, this signal the end of Rocketpot.
Having a thread on here doesnt mean that its already legit which means you do still need to make some in depth search whether it doesnt have recent complaints and issues before making decision on
making out deposits.Of course people should get on what they do deserve as long those are legit bets then they should really get their winning. If the casino isnt able to pay those winnings then
it does signify  that they are really that financially capable on paying it on thats why it would really be sensible if they would be setting out max bet so that it would be completely blow up their
bankroll but it seems there's no response we can get from Rocketpot and just like others been saying then this might be the end of this casino.

I had already commented on this in another thread, but I will repeat it again in this thread, for me this casino is in bankruptcy, and reading old complaints post that are in this thread and the disappearance of the casino representative in this forum so my theory wins more force they are bankrupt or they are running the casino with very little funds and they don't have a good customer base and the flow of new customers is very low which means they are not able to make high payouts or are not able to make it at all normal payments

As I can see on the other thread, there is still a communication between the player and support means that the site is not ignoring the player which is a little hope for the player.
Support has confirmed that his win was legit and there should be no reason for the site to delay payment except their terms about withdrawal limit.
If this player have $170k means that he should wait for at least 8 months to complete get all the money because the withdrawal limit is set to $20k per month.
It is very low limit obviously, not a good site for big gambler who like to play hundred/thousand dollar per bet.
Players requesting a withdrawal of just $6000 have a lot of delays, let alone bigger than that, of course, there will be many reasons and until now the complaints of players are still waiting, I think this casino site is worsening their reputation let alone saying the winnings are legal.
It's definitely not recommended for big gamblers their funds will be stuck here if you withdraw thousands of dollars or even more, so at least we don't recommend until this problem is solved.
I would like to know further developments and will continue to keep an eye on the thread of the accusations.

If a casino representative is not active in this forum, then playing in this casino is risky. Because if there is any kind of problem then there is no hope of getting a quick solution, if the support team fails to give a solution. There is a complaint against them at the moment, and it remains to be seen how professionally they will handle that complaint. If they can't keep their promise, their reputation in this forum will be even lower.

Rocketpot.io refusing to pay out 170k win


Unfortunately, Rocketpot's representative is no longer active here, so the only real option is to contact Rocketpot directly. You can email them directly at [email protected] or contact their support on their live chat. If that doesn't work either, I suggest you create a report in the Scam Accusations section.

This case has not been resolved yet as I see in that other thread. The latest update is that he is trying to contact the support but they are making excuses that they don't support on weekends and the case will be reviewed by some financial manager.
Don't know how dedicated is Rocketpot in resolving this issue or if they are using delaying tactics.  Till the time we hear any comments from the official representatives, we should avoid playing and depositing at Rocketpot.io
