Update after one more week: My balance is still present on the site Rockepot but I'm not able to withdraw it :/

If I have to speculate, the failure is because of their in house game which is the crash with jackpot.
Afaik the jackpot was +EV for players, many players won the jackpot just by doing flat betting with small amount.
I'm not really sure when they removed the crash game but I can say that this removal is a proof that the game was not profitable for them.

The rocketpot website has almost zero daily visitors. They had less than 10 online most times I checked when they had their Crash game but since it was not profitable they pulled the plug on it. The website is not is great condition, they need an advertising spree and need visitors and registered users fast otherwise the website will stay in its failed condition.

I think it is a technical problem they are trying to fix and not a personal shady thing that they are doing, obviously we can't know which one is the real deal and what they are doing but we haven't seen or heard about a collective problem that they have caused, not like they are not giving back people's money in bunches, it is just one person and the other type of deal, many can still withdraw.

It means it must be some technical problem that caused this, or maybe even a problem that was due to getting these accounts red flagged so they are checking it closely, whatever the reason is, I hope it is not rocketpot becoming a shady place all of a sudden, if that is the case I agree with @Jollygood that it is definitely a problem and I doubt it would go on to be a good place anymore but it had such a huge potential so it would be a big shame that it became not so much loved suddenly.

Any update with your withdrawal where you able to successfully receive your money or it has not been processed yet? The other user where able to receive his withdrawal in just 1.5 hours so I guess you were able to receive your withdrawal already if in case it has been processed by the site owner.

I have always said the same thing about all credible places, they do not care about your money because they are making 10 times that much daily (okay that might be wrong but still a lot more than what I gamble) so why would they steal it. Who would steal let's say 1 bitcoin, when they can make 50+ in a month? Can you think that is possible.

I am not saying this place makes that much, I don't know how much they make, but I know they have a lot more on their wallets from all the gamblers that deposited, so why steal from just one of them and let all others gamble with peace? Makes no sense. This is why I do not believe these type of complaints because it makes no sense.

I think those "closing shop soon" came from the fact that there were less communication about the situation going on than anything else. If you promote every single move you make, that could result with a decent expectation and you could literally hype people out, for example when stake wanted to add sportsbook to their website they started talking about it a year before they actually did it, and they always talked about the latest situation and when it will be released and they did beta period and so forth basically spent like 6 months in heavy development with each step talked about on their forum topic.

What happened? They may not have one of the best starts because it wasn't technically fully ready unfortunately but they were hyped so everyone was still there using the half-done project like crazy. You should probably talk about yours like that until it is finished as well.

As a business you have treated investors with contempt.

If there is no crash game why is there a bankroll?

Where is the wallet address showing the balance is intact which would provide conclusive proof the business is solvent?

He seems to be logging in here every couple of days but does not post anything meaningful when he does. His post dated 30th November 2020 about trying to fix things and that no exit scam was going on seems stretched now.
