Rocketpot.io refusing to pay out 170k win


I’ve attached screenshots below showing proof of wins, bonus being cleared, etc. Please read

So starting from the beginning. I’m a vip member at rocketpot and they give me a 100% deposit bonus weekly. So I deposited $1500 in Eth and got a $1500 bonus. I lost the real funds and just had bonus funds left. I decided to play book of 99 as it’s a 99% rtp game I ended up losing and being down to my last $140. I decided to play sweet bonanza candy land(game show) bet the bonus games and ended up hitting a 60x for  $4800. Then decided to play book of 99 slot again and ended up winning, getting a balance of 16kish. I decided to play blackjack/game shows and slots to clear the 100x wager requirement. After a long grind, I cleared the wager requirement breaking even and 14-16k was added to my real balance. I immediately requested a cash out  of 7.5k(as there is a 10k weekly limit) and decided to do fruit party bonus buys with the rest. Eventually hit a 53k win off a $2000 buy in fruit party(see screenshots below) Keep in mind this is all real funds at this point as the bonus was cleared. While waiting for withdrawal to be processed I decided to keep playing setting a stop loss of 10-20k as I can only withdraw 10k/week anyways. I ended up running my balance to over 160k usd in etherum. Now rocketpot has declined my withdrawal and telling me they won’t process it with no real explanation besides “dishonest behaviour” with an explanation of “I activated the bonus funds and then collect bonuses or spins in a game directly. Then I go and cancel or lose the bonus funds. After that I go back into the game collect the spins or bonus and have it added to real balance” that’s just complete bs as I never canceled or lost the bonus, I completed the wager requirements for the bonus. Their explanation doesn’t even make any sense as I never did any of the things they said. I got extremely lucky and was able to clear a 100x wager requirement and ended up winning 53k on fruit party legitimately afterwards with real funds. After I explained that I never canceled or lost the bonus funds and ended up clearing it. I was told they are gonna continue to investigate it. As of this moment Im still waiting for a update, but I’m posting this to raise awareness and for people to stay away from rocketpot as I truly believe they are looking for any excuse at this point to not pay out as it’s a large payout. If you guys have any legal course I can take please let me know as I fully intend to take any means necessary against this as this is life changing money for me and I feel I am literally getting robbed. Will continue to post updates on here. Ps I’ve also went over rocketpots terms of service and nothing I did is against there tos

This is the importance on reading up terms and conditions before playing on a site so that you wont really be ending up on having these kind of problems.

11.2. You can only withdraw once you have wagered three (3) times the deposited amount.

If you have just read it out then you wont really be some having headaches.

Cause I did not know that 3 time rule before I joined.

3x of your deposit? Then its already too much and if thats the case then its no surprise that this thread had ended up on having no activity nor having any discussions and i do even presume that this is already dead.

All of casino does have that standard requirement for avoiding money laundering but having 3x would really be that too much and no surprise that people had jumped into much better site.

Just to have some question.. Why you do ending on playing on this site considering that there are far more much better?

What I find peculiar is that they have a rule that every deposit needs to be wagered at least 3 times before you can make a payout. This is quite extraordinary...I have never seen this rule at a casino/book before...the max I see is 1 time.
I think Rocketpot really needs to update this rule and change it to 1 time.

No one did know that they had add up some sportsbetting too yet its been a while on where they havent put up any updates or announcements on this forum which we can presume that they had forgotten and theres something other mediums that they are focusing on rather than on just place

The OP TheRocketman still has not logged in to the forum since you last mentioned it, which shows his last login was on 18th August 2021.

By default that does not mean the OP cannot be trusted, it just means he is not promoting the website here. Maybe illness, other business commitments or anything else could be the cause but having said that even when the OP was highly active the website did not attract a lot of attention and was not very popular at all.

It was nice to read a review (from GamblingBro or even anyone else) that did not have any affiliate links to the casino that was being reviewed and did not show any potential conflict of interest.

I see they introduced sportsbetting now too. Want to give them a try but before I do so, can I ask if anybody had a problem here recently?

This thread hasn't had much activity lately and their representative, TheRocketman, was last seen here more than a month ago. So, I am not sure if this casino enjoys a lot of popularity here in the bitcointalk community.

Although I wouldn't personally deposit any funds or play there, it is good to have an honest review from GamblingBro. At least we know the casino still pays.

I would give Rocketpot a "zero" and never recommend it to anybody because of what has been posted in throughout this thread. Their customer services is mediocre if I am being generous and non-existent if I am not being economical with the truth.

The way bankroll investors struggled to get their funds back when the site was down and when it was up and running again - is something many of us never forgot.

I tried to withdraw some of my funds from rocketpot.io yesterday. I have not yet recieved the funds to my wallet. I have made a total of 5 withdrawals, of which the first 3 I have recieved, and the rest are "processing". I hope I can recieve my funds soon. I have tried to look for a solution, and apparently, you are supposed to recieve an e-mail to confirm your withdrawal, which I haven't (neither for my recieved withdrawals and my unrecieved withdrawals). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Is KYC compulsory or you have withdrawn a big amount and due to which they are asking of it. Generally if withdrawal are in a limit almost all caissons doin a same day not sure why will it take 5 days unless big amount is withdrawn. This does not give me comfort as also being reading some issues did exists with users though they are getting resolved which is good thing, but considering it has being in existence from long now, not heard much also about it.

speaking with rocketpot casino customer service for over 5 days and they do not give me any straight answer….i spoke with them yesterday and they told me that until sunday eveything is getting sorted out….now. i wait to see what will they say buy since everything i play and all the documents on all the casinos i think there will be no problems… i will keep u posted!!!

Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for casinos to use the option to walk customers through a KYC procedure more often. This obviously leads to great frustration for some players, but most will understand. Ultimately, the end result, getting paid, is what matters most. I am curious about the current status and whether the payment has been made.

You have been asked for KYC, is it because your withdrawal is big amount or KYC is indeed mandatory at rocketpot?
It would be nice if you can share the reasons (if they told you) why do you need for several days (probably more than a week) for your withdrawal.
Anyway, hopefully you'll get your money as promised.
