WTF with coin server and not receiving any pulse for mining.
I found 14 blocks and have received nothing.
I found block 8989 and on from there. And this was almost 24 hours ago. How many confirmations for this stuff?

Have you made a config file for Pulse ? If not, you will need a config file to connect to the network. We have all the information that you need to create a config file with nodes and the ports on the OP.
After you have created a config file, close and open the Wallet. Wait for a few minutes until you see some connections at the bottom right of your Wallet.
If that still does not work, run your wallet as administrator.
More steps you may follow:
Check if you have any firewall, AV trying to block connections for PULSE.
Disable your VPN/Proxy, it might block connection for PULSE.

What will be the username and password as it is giving runtime errror
If you have a run-time issue, it is either because you have a wallet running at the same port or because you are missing c++ libraries.

but changeing it from bitcoin to peercoin ?
