pulse.conf does not work for windows wallet. I wanted to change the port and enter a password, but it does not work, still it leaves port 29997

Save this as pulse.conf and put this in your wallet folder which should be in %appdata%
After you have done this, please restart your wallet, you may also try to run your wallet as administrator

Dead before it got chance. Should have sorted out the mining well before exchange add, that way people have something to sell.
Seems to be working for me, just solo mined several blocks with my block erupter id say thats a pretty fair launch considering its like half hour after launch and i can still use a BE lol
how would i setup for solo mining ?
