C-CEX hasn't given me any problems so far. I have bought and transfered multiple times there and each time everything was ok .

my coins steel blocked in blockchain more then 1 month and i know that wen you withdrawal your coins to X wallet and this wallet is in delayde status those will retourne to your balance i have than the same think with bcc in Livecoin i have deposit in a dress of bcc at yobit the transaction is down and i have confirm the withdrawal from Livecoin but i don't have receve them in yobit because bcc in Livecoin is bitcoccectcoin and bcc in yobit is bit coin cash and i have written to support of Livecoin then after 24 hour my withdrawal is canceled an my coins retourne in my balance at Livecoin
And now please if you have something to help me for my problem do that if not please ....

now if the wallet is Delayed my coin will retourne to my balance in c-cex and I see the http://xtrabytes.info/address/ my coin steel ther not at yobit balance if the developer of c-cex want to give help they do that and I don't see in yobit that the wallet was in maintenance wen I have withdrawal from c-cex

In your case C-cex is not at the fault as transaction has gone through, you have to follow up Yobit and don't worry your coins will be deposited once the wallet gets synced. Most you can do is take the block number of your transaction and check if the Yobit wallet is synced upto that particular block, if not you have to wait else contact Yobit support.

and c-cex two has problem withdral i knew that the devloper in c-cex are perfecte then of yobit cause of yobit steel updating this coin but c-cex has upate this coin
i think that ccex wille help yo to retourne your coin at ther balance thy do that for me with usd befor 48hour
