how do I use it? is there tutorials?
cryptopia has updated their wallet so we can send to the windows wallet now but mine doesnt fully sync with the blockchain... is this normal? do i need to update the wallet im on 1.3
There were some who had trouble syncing after this update.
You can try this method with the bootstrap, or just resync from scratch
