I only have one cryptocurrency that I am sure about, it is still bitcoin. As bitcoins market value is really high, it is always used as a base currency in trading, and bitcoin is the founder of these technology. Pretty sure about its success lately.
I think, for near time the better way is still to hold/invest in ETH and BTC in 70/30 proportion.
Bitcoin will always be the best don't bother yourself ,you should have said 'after bitcoin which other 3 ones comes next?' Well buy bitcoin its a must because we might not see it falling like this again ,other altcoins like EOS litecoin and Ethereum comes next

Perfect moments for investment is good, but perhaps you'd better to start investing today, with all the risk that keep lurking around in cryptocurrency, then we should choose the coins that we wish to invest wisely.
I choose ETH because of the upcoming hardfork and people will surely accumulate and this will boost the price of ETH. Bitcoin i think it will do well and bounce but maybe on the q4 of 2019, so for me in the early 2019 ETH is the best one to invest.
I will only pay attention to the top position on crypto and that's what I think will dominate. ethereum clearly will be one of the big increase in early 2019 later. hardfork will happen to ethereum will certainly make this the better and many are looking for results on the condition.

I am sure that the best 3 cryptocurrencyes is the same that we see in coinmarketcap. It is Bitcoin, Ripple (XRP) and Ethereum (Eth). Another good is upcoming projects like Hetachain or Module. Maybe also Maker give a good profit.
