------"I would think the most logical answer would be the first 3000 people to buy 5000 LGD Membership Tokens or more would fall into the Official Members Category. The rest of the LGD
------ Tokens will be available to purchase to use for club services."

So, first of all this project looks great.  I loaded up on 10k tokens and am super excited, but I guess I'm not understanding something.  If you sell more than 15,000,000 tokens during the ICO how are you going to know who the first 3,000 members are?  Also, if there are another 15,000,000 coins floating around for club use can't people just acquire 5,000 at the market price and become members?  See the problem?  How are you limiting it to 3,000 members if anyone can just pick up 5,000 coins when the club really takes off?  These tokens are fungible, right?  So, if one token is the same as another then you're going to have substantially more than 3,000 members. Also, if I dip below 5,000 am I not a member anymore?  Do I have to re-up on the open market?

I was instantly attracted to this project the moment I saw it.  The team looks great, the idea is visionary, but I've read everything I can find out there and I can't find anything about how the 3,000 members are going to be determined.  This issue is heightened when you consider there are 15,000,000 additional, identical coins for daily use at the club.  See what I mean?

Guys, my mistake. I just clarified with the Legends Room team and the correct number is 6000. They will be updating the website.

There will only be 3,000 memberships sold forever. The remaining tokens will be available for purchase to use for club services only.

Here you say that will be 6,000 memberships sold. So which one is correct Smiley

3000

Thanks for pointing that out. Our graphics designer in the UK has been notified now in this regards.

But there are coins being offered worth 6000 memberships (30 million / 5000 = 6000)

so how it will be 3000?  Smiley (got 5k Tokens, whats why i want to know if i have to register or something)

Interesting Project  Smiley

Correction:

There will be 6000 Legends Room Memberships Available.

Awesome to hear that you got 5k LGD Tokens. A verified Bittrex account is needed in order to obtain LGD Tokens I would believe that should be enough readily available personal information about you for the moment we will keep you notified regarding any developments.

So, which algorithm will be used for this?
And also what about the social media campaign?

LGD are Standard ERC20 Tokens.

We are working with ICOTimeline and is currently in charge of promotion however we always welcome suggestions which you can submit through the Contact Section of the website https://legendsroomlv.com or PM here.

Hey Nick...love the new site  www.legendsroomlv.com  looks great.

+1

I've just bought some tokens on the bittrex exchange . It sounds good for luxury room for gentlemen .
I hope this project will attract more rich persons to join and relax here.

Thank you!!

Now is definitely the right time to pick them up.

Looking forward to some serious LGD trading on Bittrex after this Membership Token Crowdfund (ICO) concludes near the end of May.

Good questions!

There isn't ROI yet because it is too new.  But look at what tables cost in LV for one night. Thousands.

You don't need to do anything. We have a members rental program.

We don't need a coin. Except we want members to have liquidity. You can't sell a normal club membership very easily. When you are done with your LGD then you can sell it on Bittrex.   No interference from any third party. That cannot be done anywhere.

Can other people buy enough coins on exchanges?   We expect to add other Legends Rooms in different cities. Plus some members don't rent out the memberships...they aren't crypto savvy. We also have some companies buying memberships. They aren't renters either.

i dont really get it, i live far away from us so the only reason for me would to "rent" this membership out.

1. are there any roi statistics on renting this out?

2. do you need too do something with your 5k or just hold it like a masternode?

3. why not just offer normal club memberships? why u need a coin?

4. what is the benefit of renting memberships if other people can just buy the coins on exchanges?

Regarding the 6000 memberships, we don't expect to sell them all in the sale. Remember there are TWO clubs in the Legends Room...the main room where you can use LGD for 20% off of everything and the VIP-Membership Room that requires a a balance of 5000 LGD. There are people buying small amounts to use.

the project is different from others , it will be useful in the real world. It is interesting, we need to support it

Bittrex will host 30,000,000 LGD tokens - each token will be worth 0.00087000 BTC

No way their selling 6000 memberships but if they do that's 30M bucks... Shocked

Thanks for the quick response!

So the members will be able to set the terms. That sounds very interesting.

Looking forward to this!

Rates are going to vary....On nights when a big celebrity is appearing or there is a UFC fight, rates will be higher than a regular Tuesday night.  Keep in mind that in Vegas tables for one night can go for a few thousand dollars in some clubs. Not saying we are going to get that but that is what the market will bear here.

Rentals are set for 12 or 24 hours. The member sets the terms and if they wish the price.

Rentals will be first in/first out. Members will enroll in the rental program and we will use those. Not all members will enroll in the rental program. Not all of the people who have purchased tokens will have enough for a membership and will use in the main room.

We will publish the rental rates for our members on the Legends app and the Legends-Member website.

Have you seen this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjuCu1ZfQfg

What is the membership rental program?

Members may rent their token and charge a fee. Some of our members do not live in las Vegas and will only visit once or twice a year. The program will allow them to potentially create revenue from the rental of tokens. Members may rent their membership themselves or through the Legends Room rental program. A small fee does apply if using the in house rental program.

Token ownership is required for entry into the VIP area. The VIP area is where our celebrity events will be held, our feature dances by top adult stars, and where our private booths and conversation areas are located.

Practically, speaking any patrons in the main club will require a rental of a token to visit privately with any of our entertainers.

Rental prices are determined by demand which will vary greatly. Celebrity appearances, major Las Vegas events, any UFC or championship boxing contest, conventions, certain holiday weekends will command higher entry prices.

Rental revenue will be collected and placed in the owners club account either in BTC or USD. Owners may request funds once the balance reaches $500.00

Ok, this looks very promising! However, I do have some very specific questions in regards to the rental program:

1. What rates will be offered to non members for rentals? Not necessarily price point, but will it be hourly?
2. How will you decide which membership offering a rental will be the one that is rented out to a customer? Will it be split amongst all members enrolled in the rental program, or chosen at random?
3. Since you are offering to pay out in BTC or USD for all proceeds, what level of transparency will be offered to show how much revenue was generated from rentals?

Looking forward to hearing back, very interested in this. But have concerns about rate of return on the rental program.
