Ok, this looks very promising! However, I do have some very specific questions in regards to the rental program:
1. What rates will be offered to non members for rentals? Not necessarily price point, but will it be hourly?
2. How will you decide which membership offering a rental will be the one that is rented out to a customer? Will it be split amongst all members enrolled in the rental program, or chosen at random?
3. Since you are offering to pay out in BTC or USD for all proceeds, what level of transparency will be offered to show how much revenue was generated from rentals?
Looking forward to hearing back, very interested in this. But have concerns about rate of return on the rental program.

It is an interesting concept for sure! I am just wondering about the choice of making this an Ethereum based token as I think you could use a more simple solution for your purposes, e.g. based on Counterparty that has already established an easy to use infrastructure of verifying token ownership through mobile in an instant (e.g. Check the Indiesquare wallet).
You need easy to use mobile wallets for verifying membership token ownership for an entrant to the club in an instant. How are you looking to handle that right now with Ethereum?

So the crowdsale has been hosted by bittrex. Initially LGD was having its ICO by themselves but I think this is a good move. Bittrex has done a dozen of successful ICOs before.

Renting out a membership includes all of the perks that the owner gets. Your renter will get access to the VIP area where all of the celebrity appearances will take places, UFC and boxing viewing parties, feature dancing from the hottest adult actresses, and special members only events. There is no difference to the renter or the owner.
5000 LGD makes you a member.

this might be an interesting ICO since it is happening in a prominent exchange site, it's for those who love adult entertainment and the luxury of night life, but the good thing is, anyone can participate through the bittrex account and buy some token.

If the token is an ERC20 token then that makes sense. I hold quite a few ERC20 tokens, they are as easy to use as ETH.
This is an example of a project that makes more sense to be ontop of Ethereum instead of trying to build out on it's own.
