Only a few Bounty bans the Newbie rank from participating for the campaign. but the longer your account age and number of posts, your account will rise to Jr Member.
Most campaigns require you to be a Jr Member or higher. Check out the rules in the beginners section to see how to become a junior member. It usually doesn't take that long and since you are interested in cryptocurrencies anyway this forum is the best place to get info and discuss stuff. With patience we will all be full members in no time. 
Yes newbie cannot join the campaign you need to be a jr member so that you can join campaign
Social media bounties can be joined by newbie members. Signature bounties requires at least a junior member rank to get slotted. One or two campaigns around the forum give opportunity to newbies in their signature bounties as well. Make use of the airdrops as well.
Newbies are not entirely excluded from all bounties. It depends on the requirements from the team handling the project. I have seen a number of social media bounties where newbies are not excluded. Mainly, newbies are not allowed to participate in signature bounties, the minimum requirement is Jr. Member.
You guys should understand that a good-to-be-uploaded account is a pledge to participate in the classy bounty. Only you still would be with strong social networks to be, then everything will be cool.
Guys, it is very difficult for newcomers to find a suitable bounty. My advice to you is to suck your social networks and profiles here.

You can participate in the bounty program for social networks .Subscription campaign will not be available to you yet.
I don't think the newbies are totally deprived of this facility. they too can follow some programmes if they searched for it

I think it's normal that Newbie can not participate in the subscription campaign. What he will write on the forum if he is a novice? Just appear more unnecessary and uninformative spam on the forum. Start up a little at first, and then let him participate.
How can they promote if they cant wear a signatures yet, everyone came to that point that we should need to do establish some effoets first before we can get a job, just like in school or at work. Keep posting, Newbies will soon get promoted.

Hello mate, in order for you to join the campaign or signature campaign you need to be Jr member atleast but you can also join social media campaigns as long as you have many subscribers. Be wise enough to chose Campaigns because there are some they are not giving the reward after we work hard. I already experienced this when I was still Jr member before.
