Restrictions should be more strict! There are to many scammers and kids fooling around.

Yeah this makes a lot of sense as to why I couldn't send messages ...however could make the rules abit easy
WOW, 50 posts! That would be difficult for noobs; as being such limits the ability to join in the discussion.
I appreciate the change in the restrictions. It would have taken me a long time to reach 50 posts. I am very selective about my online communications.

It reduces spam but scammers pass through? Well, you can't win them all...
