So are accounts automatically moved out of the sandbox once the time/post-count thresholds are crossed, or is this something that has to be done by hand?
I've run Simple Machines forums before, and I know how bad spam can get, so I completely understand this move.

If I was a bot I would've given up on posting and just started sending everyone 1000's of PMs by now.
What stops automated/RL spammers from posting 5 times then doing what they want?
