sad, that the forum has to limit the accounts so much, but thats the internet, isn't it? 
Or send the link in a message to the new mmebers 
It might be a good idea to add this information to the "Help" page at the top, or maybe create a FAQ shortcut somewhere easier to find.

It's too bad the forum had to resort to this. But I understand I guess. Some arbitrary measure of legitimacy is usually needed when the topic revolves around pursuing wealth (directly or indirectly).
