I think this is a sensible decision. Its OK to make things more difficult if it keeps the bad people away.

It is easier to make 40 posts than 4h because I am since 2-3 h online and looking around but I have only 38'.
I think you have to click on something every minute otherwise the clock doesn't move forward.
