The crypto legendaries we see and admire all started from somewhere in which at one time I believe they felt like giving up but with constant engagement, determination and dedication pushed themselves to achieve that success which we all admire today.

So as a beginner, There's nothing, I mean absolutely nothing hard to achieve when you strive hard and have an open mind to learning new things. Please, we need all the encouragement from the experienced forum users to keep our hope alive.

There is something we need to get straight here. Crypto isn't about legendary or new status, it's a continuous process. The high rank members that you see today were able to accumulate all those merit and activities because they were active and discussing the current trend of the market but give them 2 years and go do another thing and come back, the crypto space would have change, even the scam trends change year by year as new crypto trend emerges.

Don't limit yourself even if you reach legendary rank but there is universal thing to should take serious, learn everything Bitcoin than you learn about other coins, learn both technical and fundamental knowledge of Bitcoin because the knowledge never faid; private keys will remain private keys and even if there is an update, backward compatibility will always be there because not everyone will always migrate to the concensus rules, learn about Bitcoin my friend.

I wonder why everyone in this thread is generally assuming that the OP is talking about this forum and the ranks only because he has the word "Newbies" in the title and used "legendaries" in the body of his post when he has also mentioned crypto space which everyone ignored:

Once you believe you can achieve something, you most likely will in the Crypto space.

Mind you, the crypto space doesn't consist of this forum only, it's just a part of it, and the words newbie and legendary aren't used only to describe ranks in this forum but they can be used for beginners and highly-experienced and knowledgeable individuals respectively. So, we need to stop assuming that whenever someone is talking about growth, newbies, and legendaries, it means they are talking about this forum and the ranking system, there is a broader world out there apart from this forum and the ranks we have here, one might be referring to the cryptocurrency industry as a whole, maybe they are talking about trading, and growing in terms of having more money and more cryptocurrencies in your portfolio, there are a lot of things one can be talking about.

@OP, I completely agree with you. A beginner who gets discouraged very early in a journey will barely be able to make it far, to reach at least somewhere, you need to have enough determination and willpower to keep going forward on the journey you have started. If you stop trying because of the hurdles, you won't be able to move forward.

Never doubt yourself!

You're capable of so much more!

And always remember, It's never too late to force a positive change in your life.
Mindset is everything.

Once you believe you can achieve something, you most likely will in the Crypto space.

You have more potential than you think, but you will never know your full potential unless you keep challenging yourself.

The crypto legendaries we see and admire all started from somewhere in which at one time I believe they felt like giving up but with constant engagement, determination and dedication pushed themselves to achieve that success which we all admire today.

I love your confidence and courage, if only you can keep to the terms you have mentioned above, am very certain that you are going to do an exceptional exploit while navigating the forum, you have said it all at a glance, having an opened mind to learn new is the best approach as learning they said never ends and any one who is not informed is deformed and no body want to be left behind. Strive hard like never given up and by not belittling the days of you begining, a journey of a thousands miles begins with a, because i was able to be where I am today in this forum I also believe any one else can even do more better.

i am surprised a fellow newbie is trying to inspire others with some good words but i am surprised why you yourself haven’t really worked with what you have said. Well said, going through your profile i wasn’t really impressed at all i expected to see more although for now it’s better to stick to reading and learning instead of posting and trying to educate others. No newbie should limit themselves in anything they want to do it is only when you try things out that you will know your capabilities, it could be challenging but those challenges are what makes you stronger and keeps you motivated. It’s all about being motivated enough and being consistently determined to get to higher standards, everyone started as a newbie even experts you see around all started just some years back and while being highly motivated they were able to achieve a lot.

I hope newbies perceive this as i have and learn from it, nothing good comes easy but with dedication and hard work one can achieve anything in life.

And as someone who is ready to learn, the person should always be ready to take advice, make corrections where necessary, and don't be too stubborn to claim that they know everything.

@Orpichukwu, just to add to what you have said because I believe most of the current newbies here are having that as a challenge, newbies should not take things too personal when they are corrected that can also been seen as pride, you are in a new place where you want people to help you, you start feeling offended when your helpers are saying things that will help you how do you intend to get to their position? without being too sentimental I think learning comes with a lot of sacrifices and newbie who's eager to learn about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency here in the forum must be ready to drop his or her ego down and don't get distracted because some one ask them to stop making unnecessary excuses. There's no way a total newbie will get knowledge here if they are not ready to be corrected and accept things the way they are, I started as a newbie and a lot of times I encountered some responses I wasn't cool with but I couldn't react or respond to them cause I was scared since I don't know anything about the forum but everything helped me to get better everyday.

Your hope is always alive; no one will hold your hands and show you how to make things happen here in the forum.

The best way I think anyone can support any growing newbie is to guide them wherever they are making minor mistakes and direct them to the right part, and after that they can pick up from there.

And as someone who is ready to learn, the person should always be ready to take advice, make corrections where necessary, and don't be too stubborn to claim that they know everything.

We all have beginning and its our ultimate responsibility to ensure we're putting ourselves first and accomplishing the main goals. The system might throw hurdles on our path but it doesn't mean we should panic, rather focused more on the brighter side. Newbies watched their steps everyday in the system and they probably know what they signed up for before witnessing the positive and negative effects.

Everyone has a beginning and for the newbies that are starting out their crypto journey. It's never been too late, don't be discouraged when people are trying to say negative things about the market and when you're just having your beginning. Those people that you are admiring now who have shared their successful crypto stories, are also like you who had somewhere to start with. But the difference is that they won't become successful if they've stopped with the discouragement that they've heard from others and don't take the risk that's associated with investing to Bitcoin or any crypto that they have become successful with.
it is obvious that this community is full of speculation so whoever that want to grow in this community don't need to accept all the advice that is in this community especially when you are a beginner growing up with a positive mindset is when you devote time to make your own research and the compare it with what you have seen or come across to the community.

So I am all for the send opinion with you that no beginner should be discouraged concerning whatever it comes across on this particular community because they are positive things that you can absorbed and the negative things you can also absorbed as a good advice so for me it is left for anyone who is in this community to carry out a research before you come in conclusion for anything.. the basic thing that make your own research and compare both before you finalise.

I think this thread by Fillippone should be enough motivation for newbies: Ranking up is possible! 2900 Merits earned in less than 12 months! My 11 Hints!

Newbies worry about rank and merits a lot more than actually improving their knowledge of the technical and non technical aspects of Bitcoin. Which makes me wonder what is their motivation for creating an account here, I believe buying bitcoins and learning how to safely store your coins should be the most important thing to a newbie.

Continued learning, patience, and consistency are important virtues you need to climb the ranks of the forum. You need knowledge to earn merits, patience to keep learning even when you don't earn merits, and consistency to get forum activities.

You are correct that all the high-ranked members in the forum started as newbies but they contributed to the forum for them to attain that height. Just see the forum as a community where knowledge is shared and don't take it too seriously. Don't also be in a haste to earn merits, because it can lead to the use of chatbots. As you keep contributing to the forum, merits will come naturally. Just as you mentioned, there is nothing called impossible if you take full responsibility and put in the required efforts.

It's not bad for us to give a self appellation of ourselves when it comes to trying out best and efforts when no one sees or appreciate them, however, we shouldn't be too overwhelmed by the way of what we think we know or have acquired, learning should be a continuous thing for us to be able make progress in life, everyone of us has a potential in which lies several abilities in which can make opportunities from, we should never limit the extent to how far we could go or grow in whatever thing we are doing, it all takes determination from us.

Doubt something if you are unsure on things you are trying since that is somehow helpful for you to get saved on certain situations that you don't want to experience.

But don't forget to learn a lot of things thru experience of other people also with the research you have done. Since its always important to exert a lot of effort on this especially that we are dealing in huge risk investment that's why we shouldn't missed anything helpful information that can able to help us grow as good cryptocurrency investor. But I get your point that you want to inspire your other fellow newbie, but you also need to know that its situational since if they became aggressive on their investment approach then that would lead to a total disaster to them

Never limit yourself but at the same time you have to limit yourself on much threads you try to create as a newbie. It's someone who doesn't have an aim that will be easily detered when things don't go well.
Newbies often feel that the first and most important thing after registering on the forum is going across different boards and creating threads that have been treated severally.
I think the best way to not limit yourself as a newbie is when you don't leave some discussions because you feel you've got nothing to input, but rather do your proper research and then give your take. No one is an island of knowledge and even though the higher ranking members are expected to know one or two about Bitcoin and other topics, it's not all of them that does.
The aim of this place is to give knowledge, not just to rank up and join a campaign like most believe, so when you give encourage newbies to not limit themselves, I hope you aren't just giving your advice solely for them to spam the place so they can rank up alone.

Don't get it twisted, there're actually times needed to doubt yourself but shouldn't be for discouragement.
If you're too good of believing yourself, there's always this tendencies of being pride which makes you think that whatever decision you made seems right and you wouldn't even realize when you're doing the wrong thing. So, getting yourself in a complicated situation feels exhobitant to distrust yourself and then, you'd need to attach your immunity to confide on someone who could lead your way probably a mentor, enquiries or by research and then, you could get your doubts cleared up and you'd be all so good.

Pease, we need all the encouragement from the experienced forum users to keep our hope alive.

When being admitted to this crypto sphere, you must know that there're pro's and con's which maybe accompanied with profits and losts in the spheres and also, there's nothing done magical or individual investors trying to manipulate the market to their their own favour like the stock markets maybe. So, there's an algorithm process in this crypto spheres which marks time factors, funds and emotions of the marketing sentiments.

With only three posts and you want to teach other newbies. This is strange and makes me think that you are not newbie at all.

There's nothing wrong with sharing knowledge if op wants to. It's just feels unusual for a newcomer to offer motivational advice on the forum, but it's not a bad thing. While the person may be new, on the forum, they might have other knowledge outside. I've seen several posts in the past few days about motivating newbies, and I'm not sure where this idea is coming from. However, it's a positive thing. I want newbies to know that this forum is a free space to learn, as long as you follow the rules and don't break any. Just focus on gaining knowledge for now, and avoid being too confident in what little you know. As you acquire more knowledge, you'll see improvement and growth in your rank.

We need words of encouragements and inspiration everyday just like we brush our teeth. As trivial as it may seem, some people may think that they have missed the train and will not be able to get to 1 btc or whatever their bitcoin goal is but the message which I want to understand is that they shouldn't give in to doubt and with a change of perception and mindset they can still achieve the goal. In addition, get to work guys, forget about the forum and learn about bitcoin as much as you. The more you learn about bitcoin the more opportunities you will encounter to be able to reach your goal. In my estimation, self-doubt disappears in the face of hard work. there are so many online and offline resources. I'll share mk4 compilation for those need to start from somewhere. Here it is below.

As a newbie in the forum, don't think that getting to a desired rank is fast and easy. So much work needs to be put up by you consistently that can stay for months or years before you begin to see success in the hard work you put in place in the growth of the forum.

However, to avoid pressurizing yourself in the long run, I would advise you to concentrate on impacting yourself with crypto knowledge, and everything you dream of will fall into place in a way you won't explain how you ranked up in a space of months or years.

As a beginner in the forum, it's normal to see you tiring and exhausted because everything you've seen in the forum is all new to your level of understanding. And I'd say everyone experienced that. But as long as you chose to continue to learn and boost your motivation to gain new knowledge and insights, in the end everything you set as a goal will be achieve as long as you believe in yourself.

Don't limit and discourage yourself. There's more to learn in the forum that will offer you opportunities to gain and earn income in the future. For now, just do your own diligence to learn and stay patient. Success is never measured by time, but it's always on how much efforts and sacrifices you've endured since from the start until you find yourself slowly achieving your goals in the forum.
