You are right, It seems Not to be easy to develop a decentrealized Exchange. Which one does work properly is Waves Dex. With the new planned GUI It will become very interesting.

If team will be able to make a useful decentralized exchange with good performance it would be a bomb. They have all forces to get it. I hope exchange will be better and simpler than dex from bts
