Ethereum will also bring new and exciting things to the crypto space as it fully integrates ZK-SNARKS and switches from PoW to PoS. With all the exciting events that are bound to happen this year, it's believed that demand for popular cryptocurrencies on the market will rise like never before.

Be aware though, that crypto behaves in strange and bizarre ways. Just as 2017 was crypto's brightest year yet, followed with a decline in price, the same could happen after the halving event. Most people are often into the next big thing in crypto, leaving old projects in the dust. After all, they're in it for the money than anything else. Year after year, we'll be seeing new and exciting developments within the crypto space. It's important to always keep watch of the news in order to determine the "hottest trend" of crypto in the moment. So, for those vloggers predicting the price of Bitcoin, or other altcoins don't believe much of them, most of them are paid and also they are doing it because they are holding some of it.

For sure, our hearts are overwhelming with expectations and hopes that this year 2020 will open up and trigger a prosperous run for the whole crypto community. It is a good start this year for the crypto market in which we are talking about the rising of the price of Bitcoin which from the downfall last year 2019 wherein price mark is near $6,500 have reached up a hype as of the moment at $9,000 and still into rising. What most people are talking about this year is the upcoming Bitcoin halving which is said to trigger the rise of price of Bitcoin. But, even the halving was a couple of month ago from now, Bitcoin have already showcased a hype in the price which means that we will expect more to come once the halving was done and have taken its after effect which we are all expecting to be favorable on our part bringing not just Bitcoin but the whole cryptocurrency industry to the hype which includes Altcoins as well.

The interesting fact is the level of mass adoption of cryptocurrency is higher than in the past, but the people have started losing their interest in it. But I do not know why this thing is happening? I think this is happening because of cryptocurrency experiencing a crash in the market. I hope this will recover and the market will get better.

and after being reduced by half of course the big thing that is most awaited is the increase in bitcoin. all crypto investors will definitely hope that bitcoin can reach the new ATH or at least return to the price of $ 20k.

What could possibly be the next big thing, huh.. Since ICO era is pretty much already over, and almost all project turned to IEO one, which made IEO is so much popular nowadays, but even though it was supposed to be like, even IEO popularity seems kinda fading away, IMO.

I really thought the next big thing that could happen is bullish market, which it seemed like for the past few days we're in a good market movements. But now, the prices are slowly decreasing, still I hope it will continue the increase tho.

So, waiting halving and maybe ETH 2.0 will be the one I'm looking for now..

if 2020 market price movements change significantly after bitcoin is able to reduce by half, I think 2020 is a big event in history about market prices from previous years and it is likely that bitcoin will be more valuable in the future after major events occur this year
