Sorry if this was answered, but how do I make NHM to mine on all 4 cores instead of 1?

Do I change the 1 to 4 in the bin for xmr-stak config? After doing so, it goes back to 1 when I launch it again. Should I write-protect it?Huh

When is the 3% fee taken out? During the mining or once payout happens off total balance?

At payout time (there is column called "Fee").

but we have ~60,000 rigs that are selling hashing power with us. It is impossible for us to test all the scenarios (drivers, hardware, OS, ...) solely in our lab.

Thank you for the feedback guys, really appreciate it!

That says ~60,000 rigs are selling hashing power with you, but that does not say that those same rigs are using NicehashMiner to sell hashing power to you.

The problem isn't the rigs selling hashing power to you, the problem is that you can't seem to get NiceHashMiner to properly work, and when someone points it out and gives details to the problems, rather than acknowledge the problem, you go on the defensive, and then attempt to deflect from the problem with irrelevant information that has nothing to do with the problem.

The fact that you allege having ~60,000 rigs selling hashing power to you has absolutely nothing to do with NiceHashMiner software.   My asics sell hashing power to nicehash, and none of those asics use nor have have ever used NiceHashMiner software.

so please stay on topic.  I'm trying to help you, because i believe in your software capabilities, but you would rather make excuses and deflect.

I wish CGwatcher was still around.. at least that software worked.   Undecided

Last 2 or 3 version of  NiceHash Miner takes a huge time (up to 10 hrs) for 3 card benchmark Shocked

I'm really impressed!

When we add new miners, it naturally takes more time to benchmark as benchmark must run through all available miners (even more miners per algorithm now).
Our devs are always working towards speeding up benchmark time. Sometimes this can't be achieved as successfully as planned.

Thank you for your feedback as every comment is helping us to deliver better software in the future.

you should more thoroughly test your miner before you release it.

this miner seems to only work well with my nVidia cards (three GTX1070).

as for the AMD cards, the only cryptos that seem to work well with this miners are the ones from Claymore.  Though  the benchs on sgminer, etherminer, and optiminer work (sporadically), they don't mine.
for optiminer, it continuously closes without mining.  for sgminer, and etherminer for daggerhashimoto, the NiceHashMiner software shows that i'm mining and it gives me a hashrate, but on the nicehash website, it shows i'm hashing between 0-25% of what the miner software indicates.

if i only choose claymore's miners, then everything is ok.

since you are having difficulties with any miner except claymore's miners for AMD's cards, can you implement Claymore's etherhash miner?

the only thing i can see that might make a difference, is that my one AMD system that does show hashrate correctly on the website for daggerhashimoto has 16.6 drivers, but the five AMD systems that i have that shows a drastically decreased or zero hashrate on the Nicehash website for daggerhashimoto has 16.12.1 and above drivers.  Even though all systems show the "correct" hashrate on the NiceHashMiner, there is a drastic difference on the nicehash website.

Claymore recommends the latest drivers for RX480 cards for equihash and so those are the drivers i'm using.

Great service ive been mining cryptonight on nice hash

Profit took a dive today so I switched back over to ethash.

Good thing about nicehash is that you can switch algos and not have to worry about the payouts.

LOL i bet since you pocket the benchmark money you arent really too concerned about how long it really takes Wink

New Cryponight sgminer-gm v5.5.5-7, on nicehash-pool, over 5% rejected shares (--rawintensity 512 -w 4 -g 2).
Claymore the same hashrate, but nothing rejected over 24 hours.

use --no-submit-stale AND --rawintensity 1024 -w 8 -g 1 OR --rawintensity 1008 -w 8 for better results and no rejects

--rawintensity 1024 - driver crashed (R-380). Max "--rawintensity 896 -w 8" (but less hashrate). What is "--no-submit-stale"? Solve this problem?

CPU crashes for me, cant even be benchmarked with the newest NH version.
I have AMD fx 8300.
If it is giving an error saying this:
Code:
the application was unable to start correctly (0x00007b)

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48145
Then install it.
After that, you should be able to run the CPU benchmark and mining.
xmr-stak-cpu miner requires that redistributable to run.

i get better results with claymore's cryptonight for cpu miner....  0.358 kHz stock clocks on i7-7700K... and been using it since 7700k came out.

It works, thanks, but for some reason - I'm getting better revenue with old NH version 1.7.4.5, so I'll stick with it some more.

Couple of interesting questions - my GTX 1070 was overclocked to around 2100 mhz and once per day it "resets" itself to stock settings and can't be overclocked
until I reset the comp. Any ideas about this?

While that happened, I noticed that at stock settings I'm getting a tad less revenue (like $1.25-1.35 vs. $1.35-1.55 when overclocked),
and card uses only 48% power and has 50c temperature, vs. 90% power and 70+c when overclocked...

So, anyone did the math?
It seems to me it's almost not worth overclocking the card?
I'm also guessing it can last 5+ years working around 50-60c temperature....

What do you guys think?
