I wonder what percentage of the people will go back to this after what happened.

I already did. You may say why ? Because one of my rigs with modified bios and 6 x RX 570 series is doing 4950 h/s on Monero/Cryptonight algorithm. Paying 26.5 USD daily I guess one of the highest for such configuration and Monero is my favorite algorithm because it consumes less energy.

Same cards on Winminer were doing 3600 h/s or 17 USD daily, that is 270 USD more monthly with Nicehash. I would be stupid to not go back. I think they will not be hacked anymore and store all the coins in cold storage now.

The only thing I disagree is the same min payout, I would love to see 0.005 btc as min withdraw.

I couldn't wait to get back.  Tried a variety of other pools, but nothing touches the returns from NH.

Currently on my little 4 GPU rig (2xAMD 570, 2xNVIDIA 1070) I'm getting ~$13-15/day.

I could never get that from any other pool.

Mad props to them on making plans to repay miners, as well.  I'm happy.

You can definitely get more than that with solo mining or maybe even with other one-click miners ....

Whats to say another hack wont happen again? also does it seem weird to anyone else that there are other market places similar to Nicehash that haven't gotten hacked? if u ask me it was an inside job and wouldn't trust them with my miners again. Sad

I for one will not mine on their site until I get paid what is owed to me and I'm pretty sure I am owed more than what is said they owe me on the site.

Well, none of the mining servers are accepting connections at the moment, so ethics aside you can't mine anyway...

I am selling hash as I type

https://www.nicehash.com/miner/1JdC6Xg3ajT3rge3FgPNSYYFpmf53Vbtje

I use nicehash  as part of my business model

I mine to various  btc addresses from multiple locations

Each location  has a different  btc address.

If you mine from one location  just for yourself  you do not need nicehash.

is there any statement on whether they will pay back the miners?  Huh
There's simply NO WAY those who lost their money would ever get it back. I'm sorry but just accept it and move on.
Even if they claim they have insurance and so on...

With that said I simply can't recommend NH any longer due to this farce.

Please don't use their service until EVERYONE has gotten their money back. We know it was an inside job. Why would you go back there before their debt has been payed Huh

not really interested in going back either but will monitor this tread to see what users say about earnings using their service.

NiceHash was and still is the best in the business:

yes, https://www.nicehash.com/algorithm not bad after a such fail  Grin

but lets be honest. how dumb should one be to trust them after what had happened? some people are not to help anymore and run into lions throat.

the whole cryptocurrency universe is very vague and after you get ripped off - learn from your mistakes...but NO - YAAY Nicehash is up, lets mine there again.....off my BTC is gone again.... Undecided
