I'm about to read their TOS but glad to read it first here. Also damn what kind of rule is that, do they really think that lots of gambler would like what they try to implement here? For sure by reading this term those whales will avoid to gamble in their casino.

Nice catch. As far as I understand this, they have the right to decide when the payment will start and in how many parts, and some payments may take longer. I hope we get some clarification about this from the representative...

Your casino details mention that you have license from Costa Rica but AFAIK your casino should display the license logo that will redirect user to your casino license to verify its authenticity.
