On a separate note, we just set up two machines as a node support network, one in NY and the other in Amsterdam. They will serve as entry points to the network for new users and be able to server the blockchain really fast.
These will be hardcoded into the next release of our wallet, but in the meantime you can add the following to your nakamoto.conf :
addnode=185.92.220.202
addnode=45.63.7.156
I just spun my wallet up with those in and network is way better. I also noticed that this IP from the original conf was down, in case anybody is still using it > 54.148.235.111

Yep heavily undervalued because of the coin supply in my opinion!! That's the only thing keeping this coin from skyrocketing up there because the Dev Team works really hard on this coin and has delivered everything that they have promised and people just don't seem to care at all about that 
Pretty sad when the good coins go unnoticed like this!!

I don't like the 'coin' thing much, it's just too overused. I am thinking of going for 'getnakas' which is available, in fact almost changed it yesterday. I like this much because of the NLP value in it. We also now own getnakas.com and .co. It's sort of like the 'drink CocaCola' thing. Get nakas is preparing you to, well, get nakas!

Good point, thanks for claiming it! I can't change the official account over until you release it. Just announced the rebrand so was planning on doing the change today in most places. Everything else is claimed, including domains and facebook.

I think this is the one thing that would be nice to uphold, it has been a major sellingpoint and I think some people have bought it with this in mind.

Right I now see what you are referring to. I was saying that there is no reason nakas are limited to being a tribute coin. I am not suggesting we abandon our roots at all

I'm trying to find the remark you are referring to. I'm not for one second saying we should abandon our roots, which are in a tribute coin. This is how it started, this is at the core of the coin, preserving and upholding the original concept behind crypto as created by Nakamoto. Evolving to Nakas is not about losing any of that, it's about adding more on top and growing up into a solid brand.
For public acceptance, nakas will have to incorporate crypto education. We are perfectly positioned to do that as a tribute coin that will tell the crypto story.

I'm in favour of the rebrand to Nakas, it sounds much more appealing. I still don't mind it being a tribute coin to some extent. But it is very much a community effort as well as having a dedicated and committed core team to lead the way.
This is something that can become big and finally lead the way into mass appeal to the public and not just the crypto world. I'm quite excited to see the transition and hopefully the rally and support from the community will see a positive outcome into the first phase of becoming Nakas.

So I'm about ready to do the rebrand. I vote we go for nakas. It seems the natural name, since we all call them that. Now, I propose that the brand be nakas as opposed to naka. Why? Because this is a community coin now, by the people and for the people. We are not the dollar or the euro, we are nakas, a community that is banding together to get as many people using crypto as we can. So we're nakas, the coins are nakas, and yes of course you can still have 1 naka, we'll have the temple of naka and so on.
I think this is powerful because the brand will stand out amidst a sea of other coins called somethingcoin and supercoin and whatevercoin.
Let me know what u all think about this most interesting matter.

Ok guys good news, we have a dev
We're setting up a node server support network right now for that matter, that will guarantee that the network stays strong and all new users have a fast way to grab the blockchain no matter how many users are on
He also checked through the code on github and everything checks out as normal. We don't have access to the latest wallets with webviews but it's hard to imagine there being a problem in those either.
Some very, very fun stuff coming up for the wallets, too early to say but it's preeetty good if we pull it off...

There are some ideas and projects in the works, but I will only advise when I know they can be delivered.
FYI This is a community coin and anybody is welcome to contribute. If you don't know what to do then just buy the coin that will help with our initial goal of passing 1000sat. Otherwise show us what you got and create something. I look forward to see what this community can do.
