Power coins like ether and bittorrent should take advantage of right away. bittorrent is promising and advertised on binance launchers. Market trends are changing daily.
For a long time there were no good and great projects like the year before. IEO and ICO are fine, but not great. Can you help me search for better projects? 
This is an obvious fact that you need to accept it. Too many projects have been opened and it is probably too frustrating to know the price. Altcoins are unlikely to be viable in the market. Most projects are for personal gain and turn themselves into a trashcoin in the market.
There are good projects. You apparently began to spend less time searching for new projects. I find projects in which I invest. I will not write what, that would not think that I advertise them.
There are very few good projects, since most projects do not accomplish what they promise on the whitepaper and hardly follow the roadmap. Most will come up with an MVP during token sale to lure in investors and will never develop the actual product. 
There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

It seems we need a boost of new sharks. You know, many people now use their money just to trade bitcoin and other types of deposits and futures. This is showing that new projects have no opportunity to develop in this market. You are right dear from Q3 2018 only a few projects was succeeded and still active being a bounty hunter from a long time there is no project which gives us some good return in term of bounty stakes.
There are some few projects that give some good returns to bounty like Harmony, TEmtum for example but very few unlike before, we are not running out of ideas there are so many ideas that blockchain technology can be applied but the problem is most investors are willing to invest on existing projects rather than taking risks in new ones, they are more interested when product is ready. There is, the problem is we keep missing them since there is no way to tell which one will be successful, recently tokoin distributes token to bounty hunters and they are all happy because the price refused to dump 
There are still good projects out there, if you are looking form something new then it might take a while for us to see a new one. Most of the projects that you will see are just an enhancement of the old ones or existing ones, thinking that if they improve or release something new with an old project, it might get the attention of investors.

I still think that the definition of a good project us very subjective. There are new projects that have the potential to effectively transform various aspects of the cryptocurrency space and blockchain interactions as we know it. Those projects might not be making massive runs on exchanges but they are present and growing in userbase.
I believe good projects are still there with nice ideas and dedicated team. The main problem I realized is investors have lost their confidence in crypto market due to recent crash in 2018, many projects turned scams and coin value of most of the projects depreciated many folds. Even good projects are not able to retain values of their coins in current scenario.This market needs lot of inflow of money in the market and that should come by time. This is the right time to hold coins of some good projects, I hope the golden days of crypto will be back soon.
Yes it is true, that many projects are turned into scams and many coin prices falling from the heart make investors hesitant to start investing because they certainly do not want to get failures from the investments they do and this makes new projects that have ideas that It is good to be difficult to develop their projects because it is difficult to attract investors to participate in the project and when the softcap is not achieved, the project cannot go according to what was planned.Actually there are many good projects that can be as successful as Ether, but in mid-2018 many fraudulent projects entered and harmed investors, so investors lost confidence in other projects.
Not true, even with the huge number of scams if there were many good projects that could become as successful as the second-biggest coin in the market we would have heard of them and since that is not the case then it is obvious that such projects never existed, people need to accept the truth, the days in which you could make a lot of money very easily in this market are not going to come back anytime soon, so if you are depending on bounty hunting for your income you better look for something else to do.
In my opinion, bittorrent is not even a great project. it is someones pet project on binance. as long as the crypto platform is evolving, good projects will definitely come and products that has no future will fade away gradually. it is a matter of time. many project in the market are over hyped with nothing to offer. bittorrent is one of them.
That is because most devs have run out of workable ideas which they can sell to investors. Investors today have gone wise. They do not invest in flashy projects like in 2017. Now, they ask questions relating to your project so if your answer is not satisfactory enough, they will keep their money aside
maybe because of bitcoin price still same, not going anywhere, some project cant show their advantage, many people just hope for the price. the other wait for increasing it value. so when the price is rise, they will show up and hope it will pull up their project.
I do consider it too. Legitimate projects back then were sure of where bitcoin is going to, and voila, they are right so funding is easy as abc from willing big pocketed investors way back then. But after that all time high, it is noticeable already that projects got dull. There are tons of project but the funding becomes problematic. it is always in short, most were not able to reach a soft capitalization, and is being left by the only option which is to stop operating. I remember the days where bounty hunting is worth the waiting time, and the prize is unexpectedly a lot. Next year looks to be exciting as I read great news these past few months regarding massive adoption. I think in 2019 there are some good projects. It's just that investors are not interested enough to invest their funds into the new project.

no, I don't think world would ever run out of idea, but this market is full of scam things, and too easy to scam people and run away without breaking any laws. it's just not safe for investors. so they don't really want to throw away money. and it's hard to chose good one from whole lot of scam+bad ideas. seriously? the fact is NOT. there are many project which still gets money for developmentcheck binance IEO, all of them is successfull to reach money.
I think good project isnt always about price. But also about the development
