the problem is not the lack of solutions or ideas. because I think developers have their own ideas and they do the ideas according to the original plan. but unfortunately the current ICO project seems to have faded, a lot of misuse of the crypto scheme to get rich through fraudulent projects.

At first since if there are lot of developing attitude with more good partnership then those projects will be a good successful that's means short time and long time doesn't attached. Recently i was participating harmony project short time IEO in binance exchange and there good successful volume so good project depends totally development work.
First I will say that what market can do to anyone who dont understand it, the bear market contribute to that effect which makes many lost hope in so many project and the team are also not helping the matter in any way as many are just in for cash and pull out for other coin like btc and eth over their token which also makes many project died, some exchange also do a lot in that regard with fake ieo fund raised and also volume generated , I think crypto really need a regulatory body to checkmate those bastard .
Although the market is saturated with lots of projects of which many are not performing up to expectation, I trust thorough scan of the market will reveal the very good and promising projects. Projects like DIVI, Bitrue, COSMOS etc have been successful. Upcoming ones with great potentials include XCARD. Investors can pay attention to this project.

I don't trust that XCARD actually. they are not currently doing IEO but only promise to do the IEO later. This is the recipe of some projects long time ago where they did an IEO too, maybe I don't see it on their website but there is no page about the team and profiles. They will have to seek partnerships to other projects and will take very long time. Considering how long this campaign is, you will end up waiting and waiting.

They are many project that undergoes a long term before the ICO ended successful as of last year and end early this year, which good project required your time of making research to participate project.

But if you take a closer look, you would notice that there are superior blockchains in existence but ethereum already made a name for itself.
True. Alot of circumstances has changed especially the behavioral pattern of investors which has directly changed the market. Back then during Ethereum ICO, there were more holding investors than dumpers like we have now and also, the market is saturated too. There's not really a novel coin in the market. Really up to the investors but smart investors who like to play safe all the time and would always choose bitcoin because of how people trust it over altcoins. This business does not run out of ideas but is more utilized for fraud.
For example that if many good projects, surely investors will be many who invest.
However different when ICOS and STO are utilized for fraud, investors do not believe anymore to invest in this business.

I wouldn’t say that there are no good projects at all. They are, but they are very few. There are good ideas and solutions, but in order to bring them to life, large investments are required, which are currently not easy to obtain. The project team needs to make great efforts to attract investors and advertise the project well, show the benefits and benefits of the finished product. There are a lot of good concepts actually some of these are LIKER and LBXU these are some of the projects I've promoted that failed to sustain their campaign because investors are having a second thought if these projects really deserve it and the developers are serious in setting up and continuously updating and upgrading their platform.
One of the biggest issue here is sustainability and skills of the people that work around the project.

I think there will be no run out of ideas or solutions. We can see that people more diligent and creative nowadays. There are still many good projects appear. There are still a lot of investors who have no confidence in IEO, STO and ICO businesses. We know that the year 2018 is a Dark age for ICO, STO, and IEO. Even today only a few projects can succeed.
Now many new projects and if you examine there are many that have potential. Now is the perfect time to re-collect coins from this business. I hope that enters the year 2020 the Altcoin season comes back.
