They are running out of innovation, except for the few of them which are sometimes hard to find.

I think the crypto world has not run out of ideas, Try with Tokoin, they successfully did an IEO on Kucoin Exchange and to this day the value has exceeded 9x the price of IEO, but I don't know whether the price value you mean or the good criteria for what you mean

No, i do not agree with you there are success projects this year, also there are many fails projects, although fail projects more than success project but still exist.
Successful projects in 2019 do not tell too many problems. in 2020 or 2021 it may die or be replaced by other altcoins. And I agree with the thinking, there is no really good project in the long term. Except for bitcoinThis year was not successful for the ICOs, IEOs also didn't leave a nice return due to the market conditions. Other altcoins can replace the current ones but I doubt the top altcoins will be under questions during the next 3 years. Investors lost confidence after the recent market crash, the lack of development in the projects and more. Altcoins need to see an uptrend if ETH price crosses the $300 for the next quarter. After the bull market, the investors will rush the altcoin exchanges for buying more altcoins. The Kucoin exchange has such coins with small market cap and low daily turnover. In case of the bull run, these IEO altcoins will gain a huge advantage like the current top altcoins which have low performance in the time of the bear markets.

Infact most project out now are just discouraging, few one that are valued are still disappointing, they will take long time before reward distribution, after distribution still donkey years to be on exchange, while those ones we are not expecting much from will surprising deliver there token to time, are you experiencing such too.i agree that some project are future promising but I have seen projects that even in the bearish it delivered 3week after the project ended and at reasonable value.

The world is not out of idea or solution. The problem now as to do with adaptation of the use of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency by the entire world. Just a hand full of people are aware of Blockchain and cryptocurrency, and new projects being launched don't really have any realistic idea or aim in bridging a specific problem in both the crypto space and the entire world. Investors only buy into projects with realistic purpose and solution.
I don’t think that everything is as bad as you say. there are many good projects that are really trying to bring new ideas and changes to the world of cryptocurrencies There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.

So many good projects are being hit by negative impacts. Many investors are out of this business because it does not benefit anymore. So it is natural that people think that since long time business no longer has an idea or a solution.

I still believe some new project will come and honestly I don't mind waiting for longer time either. But anyway some of them might be working underground and very soon they will bring it to the world. The number of projects with ICO significantly decreased. Now most investors want to receive short-term profits in the conditionst of the price growth of the cryptocurrency market. It's easier to invest in IEO on the large exchanges that guarantee them investment success.
if you find out, deeper you might find a good project out there, moreover this is the IEO era, where it means there is safer security, where it's like giving new hope to investors. well maybe the market is bearish now, but it's only a matter of time, until conditions return stable
Although there are already IEO projects but that does not mean they will succeed, many IEO projects also fail if they only make sales on a small Exchange. I think now many investors no longer believe in the Crypto project after many ICO projects were scammed at 2018.but IEO seems to be a new hope for investors, and sooner or later it should be restore investor confidence, perhaps.
