Well 2021 really showed us how crypto changed since 2018, when everyone was just waiting for the crash which was inevitable to be honest.
Now we still see huge fluctuations but world adoption is so spread out, that there is much less chance for such a huge drop. Imagine, how its gonna be in 5 years.

I think OP you are being funny with covid 2.0  Grin
But seriously you are right that we are going to see a difference in the correction pattern for this new adoption rate is going to have a new dimension to people's expectation to bear, it may last for short moment before the market continues on a new level.

If bear market is going to happen in 2022 it won't last long like the past because this adoption of a thing is 10x more stronger than the past, if you think that all crypto coins are going to lose 90% of their value again you are dreaming, oh unless Covid 2.0 happens

Do you think that those whales and Institutional investors are dumbed enough to let others take profit on there money. Once this big institutional investors like gray scale liquidate there cryptocurrency, I'm sure many will react and this might give a worst dump of the history.

The institutional hodlers usually don't have same mentality with  individuals who just hodl few relative coins compared to the institutions. The individuals only want to do ROI on a short time but institutions have a longer time goal and so this may be a different time entirely.

Trends are always volatile, and it is natural to expect that a very long upward trend should be replaced by the same downward and downward trend, profit taking. Conversion of some financial instruments to others, I think that very soon, against the backdrop of the electricity crisis in China, and the cold winter of 2021, we will see red rivers.

We know how fast the crypto valuation went up so applying theory of relativity will give you the answer. I'm not an expert on this but I always assume worst so no matter what happened your funds will be safe. If the pump continues then I will still be happy since I didn't loss on the process compared on selling at the bottom price because you take a blind eye on the possibility.

We can never tell I guess. Last bear market around 2019, every coin and token are in deep shit and that's the real struggle for long term. But I believe somehow that bear market wouldnt last anymore, as I see the great progress on crypto market and seems outside world are starting to realize that digital asset is the future which means that were still early for a wide global expansion and adoption.

Agreed with your statement but it seems like some people may still try to deny the fact that even CEO of apply owned/invested in crypto. That proves that crypto becomes a reliable investment from day to the another day. The institutional investors are also increasing a lot since last year, remember that more countries have been preparing the draft to adopt bitcoin as legal tender.
This news was very bullish but I don't know why there are some but it's not all of people that think the big dump will be coming again like what happened in 2018. They didn't even see the fact that happened in the market. Bitcoin is just getting bullish and we will break 70k for sure.

There will be no covid 2.0 and it's just rumour. Even if that will happen and that will give any impact to the crypto. I should remind you that all of activities that happened in crypto was online. Covid has nothing to do with crypto. This is just an old rumor. People in crypto know this so well. Just ignore those who are still using covid as a way to spread FUD.
