hey all seems there are some trading learnings needed :

hereby i give you the golden standard of trading , its free use it wisely  :

Buy more then sell = Price rises
Sell more then Buy = Price Falls

Someone needs to give some lessons in trading. I am so tired of seeing all these 1000-3000 coins sell orders...its like what's the point of buying. We finally get an upward bounce and all these noob day traders are trying to make 5 dollars on 10% margin trade...I honestly do not get it. When the big dogs want to play...LET THEM PLAY! Geeeesh....OK. I feel better now. BTW Hey ROFO where you at?

It's a Bloody crypto day today...

 Grin
Our Chinese friends just needed some cash for New-Year gifts.
Next week they'll start accumulating cryptos again from you guys selling it out for cheap.

let's wait and see... and HODL... it would be a Bloody crypto week and on the coming weeks... then the price will skyrocket again (based on the past crypto cycles)...

cheers!

What is the total supply of Noble and will it inflate?
I read in this forum a few pages back that the inflation rate is somewhere between 2 and 3 percent. The POS wallet offers -8% minting but due to the lack of people actually staking their coins the inflation rate is considerably lower.

Thanks
I seach on the web, Laptop is not a good thing on 24h/24h
Maybe a micro-PC  but must find a monitor

You do not need fancy monitor just to monitor how your wallet works. You could even just borrow monitor to install everything and then connect to this host using 'Remote desktop' or VNC.

eagle

Yep, after seaching i realise i can use a software to control a micro-PC
Maybe a shuttle can be the best, i continue to seach ^^

thanks

My goal is to POS x 3 coins at the same time

Lost my wallet.dat with 2.5mil noble coin. Great stuff  Sad

why? what happened to your NOBL wallet? did you perform a back-up?

My brother accidentally sell my hdd instead of his, with all my backup data

Sucks that this happened, but you had almost a year to buy it back for a almost nothing when it was trading at sub 5 satoshi.

Hello,
Anyone can give me some good laptop to make POS 24h/24h (dedicade for 2 or 3 wallet POS)

I suppose most of time ill use the core only ?
i m not a specialist on laptop :/

Thanks for help

I would say any laptop with decent CPU and 8GB+ memory. What's not important is graphic card. Also SSD drive is nice to have (but not critical) as it may greatly increase download of blockchain from internet.

But if you do not need to travel with it just get some desktop computer. They are more reliable (break less often), are easier to manage, fix and to add replace parts in the future.
Personally I would get a desktop with motherboard supporting at least 16 GB of RAM and buy 8 GB of RAM for current use (make sure there are still empty memory slots so you can buy more RAM in the future). Memory is often critical and very easy to install. Almost anyone can do this in desktop.

Speaking about CPU I love AMD Ryzen line. If you do not want to play games on this computer go for it.

Thanks!

Thanks! I tried but it does not connect to nodes.
I copied in roaming noblecoin.conf, as suggested in readme, but that doesn't help.
How could I add nodes?
Could I use peers.dat from one of these versions? http://noble.ilikebtc.com/

Does it need to connect to nodes? If it's a PoW wallet you should be able to use these (https://github.com/eagleflies/noblecoin/wiki/Importing-private-keys-from-old-wallet.dat-using---salvagewallet-option) or these (https://github.com/eagleflies/noblecoin/wiki/Manual-way-of-importing-private-keys) instructions to import private keys from the PoW wallet into the new PoS wallet.

I'm not an expert at that though, so hopefully EagleFlies can weigh in with some info.

Here is a link to another wallet: https://mega.nz/#!dnhSjAAY!dVHe8hZbUPH08dbEfPSwvH46JyRAWbmCmnLqp345yWw

Hello,

You do not need to connect to nodes using PoW wallet. This blockchain does not work anymore. The only thing PoW wallet is needed for is to display private keys.

Also I strongly advise anyone getting PoW wallet (but also any executable files in general) to test it using antivirus software. Also it is best to run this wallet in a virtual machine e.g. virtualbox with no access to internet.

Thanks!
eagle

Eaglefiles I have the old heartbleed PoW wallet if you'd like to host it

Noble coin returns back to dust freely... This didn't look like a pump and dump to me, but what do I know. Still hodling

This sudden price rise was due to recent large(ish) exposure on JRBusiness, YouTube channel. It was new 'investors' coming in to chase profits. Not an organised P&D.

Anyone notice the new website on Coinmarketcap?

https://www.noblecoin.io

It looks like it's been updated this year? Still an active project?

Noble is still an active project, but it's not in full time development.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure www.noblecoin.io is not a website created or maintained by Rofo. It has bad grammar and mistakes everywhere (Rofo wouldn't put out anything with errors). Until it has been vetted, I wouldn't trust it and definitely wouldn't use the links to download the wallets.

I confirm www.noblecoin.io is not maintained neither by Rofo nor by myself. This is not an official website for Noblecoins.

Thanks!
eagle
I sent a request to coinmarketcap.com to have the noblecoin.io link adn the twitter links removed from their website. I encourage others to do the same so that it happens asap. Thank you eagle for being so active!
