I have always thought people should do their own research and make some attempt to verify what the "experts" and "influencers" are saying before blindly following them.

I have two assumptions about this. His wife, Grimes, channeled funds from her NTF company to tackle the carbon footprint of crypto. It was obvious that Musk would join this activism one day. However, he does not sell his Bitcoins and is still pumping Dodge - this is a bit hypocritical.
I expect him to continue speculating on the price of Bitcoin. And now is a good time to buy currency cheap. In a way, it's even fun to watch it like a TV show. His reputation starts to suffer from this and sooner or later it will end badly for him lol

Elon Musk is a great leader and also intelligent/cunning individual and with his tweets, he can influence the market and he can make a profit. I am not sure if he sold his investments which he made earlier but surely his every action has some importance and if anyone can figure out his real intention it would have been great.
Obviously, if this was so easy most of them would have been sitting in a position like Elon Musk. Just to be clear, even I was pissed off with his tweets which pushed it up and pulled it down but there is something that we are unable to figure out but obviously, I have some intuitions that he won't let crypto industry die for sure.

I believe Elon is a great businessman with a lot of talent for building and scaling groundbreaking ideas. I will follow any venture he himself is building and would gladly invest in it if possible. He is however not an expert on each and every topic.
He is and will remain the god of crypto memeland for the foreseeable future. As for more mainstream crypto - anytime you pump a coin based on the words of Elon or anyone else, you incur a debt. Elon or any influencer can call it in at any time by saying something opposite. I think the willingness to incur these debts from influencers should decrease over time.

I have not followed his twitter so far, why because it will affect all my analysis and thinking... He only plays with the market and our emotions by thinking only of himself. I know that we are only small investors compared to him but he has to think of others because we work hard just to earn money....

Elons is a savvy entrepreneur who can influence cryptocurrency prices so quickly with just a tweet he posts.

Sometimes I wonder if people do not really take the time to think about what they are doing, the name of their profession tells it all, they are influencers, they are supposed to try to make you change the way you think and change you in a way that benefits them, I have no doubt that Musk earned a fortune as I think he sold his coins but the only way to prevent this to happen in the future is if people develop their own strategies and forget about people like Musk that only care about themselves. Firstly I followed Elon musk announcement but recently I already lost more than $6000 following his announcement. I don't like Elon musk at all. He is the villian in cryptocurrencies market.
I agree but this was going to happen sooner or later, people of this day have the tendency to follow their favorite artists and people and do whatever they say without even thinking about it, they let themselves be guided by people that do not have their best interests at heart and when this is the case then it is obvious things like this will happen, I just hope that people learn their lesson and this never happens again to them because if it does then I do not know what are they doing in a market that is supposed to be about being completely responsible for your own money.
